Arby's review: rude and illegal! ( 1 comment)

Went to Arby's 2 days ago at 9pm. The woman who was running the joint had locked the door even though the dining room was not closed and let us in, she then proceeded to lock us in the restaurant. My boyfriend had to use the restroom, and she refused saying the restrooms were closed! That's ridiculous and in violation of state law; if you have an open dining area for X amount of people, which it did, you must provide a restroom. My boyfriend had to go bad and went outside in 12 degree weather and was forced to piss on the side of their building and could not get back in the restaurant.

After he was complaining to her, she was very rude to me ( I was paying) and practically threw the bag at me and ignored my requests for sauces. Arby's sucks!

This is not the first time I have been treated like garbage at an Arby's, I was also called a "Spic" by an older white woman working at the counter at their location in Temecula, CA. I will NEVER EVER go back to an Arby's for as long as I am alive.
