Bosa Development I heard you guys manage the Park Row shopping mall

I heard you guys manage the Park Row shopping mall. I've been trying to get your parking lot lights changed for months. It's causing a safety issue. Can you please fix the parking lot lights? I already sent pictures to some of the nearby stores. They told me they tried reaching out to management, but the lights are still not fixed.
