Checkers & Rally's review: Exceed speaker

I bought the speaker last year august from the start the remote didn't work I thought it is ok I can work without it then the on/off switch don't work every time I had to wickle it sometimes before it switches on. Then when you put it on radio it just makes a noice so you have to switches it off and on again then it works. The volume you can turn fully to low then it is quite lode. I took it to checkers yesterday they listen to it and say it is working I told them it is not every time when I was there, they saw what I meant with the on off switch so they asked for the slip I gave them the slip then they asked for the box I told them I don't have the box any more they just say then they can't help me and go on with their work. It looks like the don't want to help me or it was a piece of crab I bought because it was on a special marked down from R799.99 to R499.99. Is there someone that can help me or must I threw it away and buy some were els.
