Checkers & Rally's review: service

We ordered a hotdog combo, 2 chilli dogs, and a grilled hot dog with mustard and onions. The cashier did not get the order correct and when he was talking trying to correct it, she and another employee said rudely" not talking to you". Asked for our money back. They were nasty and rude and a horrible representation of your company. The manager was not even professional. As a matter of fact, she was outside talking instead of being in the facility to maintain and govern her night shift. As a professional, I do not expect to treated any kind of way when I'm spending my money to help operate the restaraunt and pay their hourly rate. They seriously need a customer service training and a new manager for the night shift.
