Arrived with my 3 granddaughters. Was seated right away. My granddaughters 9, 5 and 2. Never want what's on the kid menu. So tonight they wanted wings. So I know neither one of them will eat a whole order but one wants boneless buffalo and the other wants bone in bbq. So I ask is it possible to do half orders. No. We don't do that here. Okay. So I have to order full orders. Then I order the triple dipper and ask for chips and salsa. Then I say I have a free appetizer to redeem. He says oh you can't use that. You didn't order an entree. Okay. So I ordered by 6:22pm. We wait and wait. Never got my chips and salsa. He waited on the table in front of us about 5 or 6 times checking on them but never checked on us. We get our food at about 7. He doesn't bring any plates knowing the baby is sharing the triple dipper platter. I asked for a clean knife which he never brought. The sauce on that platter has fallen over onto the burgers so the baby wouldn't eat it. Luckily another server passing by jumped right in and offered to get us another one made. I believe his name was Dwight. Our server never checked on us. Our food was cold the cheese bites weren't even melted. But yet our server repeatedly checked on his other tables. I mentioned at one point you could just pack the chips and salsa we never got to go for us. I felt like he ignored us because I was looking for a cheaper way to do the chicken wings for 2 small children. Like he wouldn't get a good tip from me or something. I've always been a good tipper. More than 20% usually for good service and sometimes not so good service as long as I know you tried. But our server was awful to us. But I could tell he was on top of all his other tables. Sad that people feel that way and judge not even knowing. He still hadn't brought back the plates either so the food sat even longer untouched waiting for plates. Again Dwight was to the Rescue! I had no cash on me or I would've tipped him big! I will definitely bring money back to him soon for coming to our rescue! I still tipped my server 15% even though he didn't deserve a dollar of it!
