I am writing this email to both banks simultaneously, as I am currently stuck between your two customer service teams with no resolution. My Situation: · I attempted to transfer money from my DBS Bank (Singapore) personal account to my SCB Bank (Thailand) personal account on 20th May 2O26 as per Attached. · SCB replied to me by email (attached) stating that I need to provide a PACS.008 message or SWIFT MT103 document, which is generated upon completing an international transfer at my sending bank (DBS). · However, when I called DBS hotline on 25th May 2026 and explained SCB’s requirement, DBS told me they cannot provide such a document, or cannot fulfill that request. As a result, I am unable to complete the transfer, and neither bank is offering a practical solution. One bank requires a document, the other refuses to provide it. · We are a senior citizen as retiree currently living in Thailand with a Non-O-A long-term retirement visa and also the holder of Singapore permanent Resident in singapore. We do not have any other monthly income. This monthly transfer is our only lifeline for food, travelling, medicine, rent, and hospital visits. We are shocked, frustrated, and deeply worried because of this deadlock between your two banks. A simple transfer from a personal account to another personal account has become impossible due to a document that one bank requires and the other refuses to provide. My Request to Both Banks that... Please communicate directly with each other to clarify: 1. Whether SCB can accept an alternative document or form of proof from DBS. 2. Whether DBS can provide any equivalent document that SCB’s Inward Remittance Team will accept. 3. How a retail customer like me can successfully complete this transfer without being told different things by each bank. I have attached & forwarded that SCB’s original email with including the SCB's request for PACS.008 / MT103) from DBS bank . Please advise clearly on the next practical steps from both of banks. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Sincerely, Thein Naing Kyaw [My DBS Account Number]- ××××××614
