Had to wait for an hour, when I got come to my surprise its fr the delivery person and driver saw the number I had to hand it over and wait again. Only to find out I am not going to get the right order at all, all the instructions were on the slip. No onion swop sauce but got it wrong
Claimed loss: I don't take BBQ saurce I had to go to location shops to by bread. I sleeped with butter bread My uber comoleted the trip had to pay full return amount because it was not his fault

Place an order online for collection as I was close by, collection tim was 20:03 I arrived at 20:15 and s I was late, come to my surprise my ordr is not ready had to wait an hour to get my order, whe it comes out only to find out its not mine the delivery guy saw his ordr number on the box had to hand it over and the lady said sorry cc we will give u your order thats another 15-20 min.to wait for really I got it I couldn't check if its right when I got home it ave BBQ and I dnt take BBQ, had to go lo location shop to by bread after I spent 1hr30minutes instore with bad service drivers are not being take care neither us as collection people. I respect debonair Kraaifontein, I will never ever use their services all the instruction where not being followed
