When we arrived at the restraurant we had to wait approx five minutes to be seated( there was no one ahead of us). After being seated for ten minutes I had to ask the manager if we could service (there were only about six othe customers at the time). After finishing our order I had to again ask the manager for our Check.. I would also mention that while we were in the store two off duty employees (in uniform)sat at the counter "making out'

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

wow, two employees who were not on the clock sat down and kissed each other! how dare they! They should have served you and worked for free!

visited this restaurant on 05/30/12...had to wait to be seated, 10 more min. to get a drink order, 30 min. wait for meal that was overdone, and server did not even bring full meal, (missing bread), no offer for a refill, only visit by server was to bring the check, that I paid for in full...but will never visit here again
