Dress Me Up NY

I bought a dress from Dress Me Up NY on 11//19 and used AfterPay to pay for it. The next day, they told me the dress was not available and would be shipped on 12//19. But that day came and went, and I had to contact them again. They said the dress was still not available and offered me a different one. I said no and asked for a refund of $298. They said they submitted the refund on 12//19, but it's now 1/*/19 and I still haven't received it. When I called them, they said the person who does refunds is not in and to call back tomorrow. It's frustrating that they sold me something they didn't have and are giving me the runaround about getting my money back.
