FreshBooks Want it fixed so I can conduct business

I have a new account and having trouble with email verification to wepay. I have been working 2-3 days with customer support and have received no help in getting this resolved but a bunch of work around solutions that have already been tried over and over again. This leaves me with little faith that this is the company I need to use for my new business.
