UK Distributor Customer Service Complaint
Twice I have used the provided UK customer service enquiry web site form to ask about the expiry of "Super Glue Brush & Nozzle" asking about code SBA2106U. I had purchased 5 in the UK about one year ago, not using any until a couple of months ago -- and it was solid in the container. Turned our all 5 were solid. The UK customer service people have never responded -- nothing. My complaint is no longer about the glue. Rather, it is about your UK distributor, who is not helping your image. BTW, I have a business just off Red Bank Road in Cincinnati and saw your Red Bank offices many times. I will be back in Cincinnati in a few weeks and can bring you one of the hardened samples.
Desired outcome: Tell your UK distributor their customer service is not satisfactory.

Me and my hubby got gorilla glue from a store in *** az for 10 bucks. We tried it on our dining chair but it didn't work. So I called the 1800 number and they sent us coupons. My hubby used it on his shoes but it got on his skin and burnt his leg. We're recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen. We want our money back cuz we're low income. Thanks.
