On 5/22 at around 11:15 in Creston, Ia at the only Hardees location around, I ordered a Chicken BLT sandwich and Onion Rings. The Lady on the speaker was not friendly at all. She did not speak enough English, because after she gave me the total, she did not ask me to drive around or anything. She handed me my tea and a sack. I did not get a receipt after looking in the bag. My husband and I were in a hurry and did not look to see that it was the right order. We live about an hr. away and had already made it out of town. I looked in my bag and found FF, I thought oh, well they are fine, but when I looked in the bag further down the road I found a double cheeseburger. It upsets me that she could not get one item right. I am very displeased because I miss the one in Maryville, Mo. Thanks for listening to my complaint.
