Hertz review: beware of hertz on madon in chatsworth.

I made a car rental reservation from hertz Chatsworth California Location(on mason) on Feb 26 2015 for a minivan. The pick up date was Saturday September 8 2015. On Saturday the 8th at 10:30; the gentleman from Hertz calls me and tells me he only has a transit minivan. I explained that this is not what reserved. He didn't seem to care; he told us that's what's available and told us we need to get there before 12 because the office closes at 12 pm ; although pick up time was at 12 pm and I had spoken with them many times and no one mentioned anything. We get there and he was very ruse; he was rushing us telling us I have other customers waiting. up
The problem with a transit MI Ivan is that it's too rightist does not fit 6 people in it; you can't fit strollers and a mini bag. He told us that there might be a minivan drop off on Monday if we wanted to wait and that he:', call us back. Never heard from him and for the past week I have been calling them and talking to him and the manager and to no avail; very cold and unhelpful people. I'm stranded without a car scrambling to find a last min mini van because I have plans and reservations I other places in CA. To top it off I called him this morning Monday the 17th and I asked him about a minivan he simply said no without checking the reservation number again. I told him that his office has horrible reviews and he hung up the phone on me. This is by far the worst company ever; very unprofessional. I am surprised that Hertz a big name like this could hire u professional people like that.I have no hope that Hertz will actually follow this up and do something about it. horrible horrible horrible
