Jackson Hewitt review: income tax prep

I went into Jackson Hewitt and filed my joint return on 3/23/19. I paid for gold standard service. the tax prep person named April. completed my return had me and my wife sign and we paid over $500. after we paid via debt April let me know that she ran the payment for 49.95 more than she should of and would debit my account. It still has not been done and I have called maybe 10 times and she always promises she will get my account credits. on June 28th I called again and asked her to contact the owner and have him to please call me and if I did not receive a call that I would file a complaint it is now july 12th and no response.

I have checked both the IRS and Michigan refund site and they still have not received my return. I have had zero help from April and want to elevate this up to corporate. my return is over $6000 and have no idea if she even submitted. I have used Jackson Hewitt for 7 years and April told me she made a mistake and mailed my return instead of electronic filling. At this point I have no confidence or proof she even completed my return. I am very dissatisfied and would like a call from Corporate
