Travelled 9 miles to get the 9 pieces of chicken for £5.99, unfortunately the offer that was offered on the Tuesday for that price was unavailable. Travelled from Bridgend to Mc Arthur Glen in Sarn same story no offer. Everything on the menu was available at the regular price but no offer. I live 500 yards from a chicken outlet but K F C is a nice change and also nicer. I have never had a dissapointment in the past, and I have been a regular visitor to K F C in the past but I may now stop going due to this fiasco

Waited there by the counter for 15 mins, the order taker (supervisor) was busy with one of the customer mobile installing kfc app, didnt even make an eye contact, he screamed ou loud to call one of the crew, even I got scared, I left then I went back he was not there another crew was there busy loading meals, I asked her to talk my order she looked at me and went back to her work with not even one word, I asked her soooo, she rolled her eye and said ok then what do u want, I told her nothing and I left, do u have a customer service at kfc?

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST KFCs THAT WE HAVE BEEN SERVED FOOD FROM - We got our food around 3 pm and started to eat it about 15 minutes later; the chicken was tough and chewy and dark brown like it was double cooked, or the chicken was extremely old...They do not care about their customers. KFC SHOULD NOT HAVE SOLD THIS CHICKEN- it needed to be thrown in the trash (15327 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77049). DO NOT ORDER TAKE-OUT; YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.
8 piece meal original flavor chicken
Yesterday, I bought an 8 piece chicken meal. The original flavor tasted like fish and three of the pieces were actually broken chicken wings. The biscuits were over cooked and inedible. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine but the cole slaw tasted pretty old; we had always loved the slaw. We threw the meal away and didn't trust eating it. VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY! I wasted over $24 and still was hungry.

On Fri 7/15 @ about 6:35 PM, I ordered a bucket meal @ your Seabrook, NH location. That was a huge mistake! Previously we’d had a couple of less than stellar dinners there and have not been back to KFC since early 2021, so we thought we’d try again. The receipt is mostly unreadable as it looks like register needed ink. It looks like the restaurant # is: G445007 and receipt # 1054
I paid extra to swap out a thigh for a breast and total paid was $37.15
The chicken was inedible! The coating on skin was soft & goopy & coming off of the meat. The meat, dry & barely warm. It looked & tasted like it’d been under warming lights for sometime. The coleslaw had a funky taste & the biscuits were dried out & inedible. Could have used them for hockey pucks! The only things edible: the mashed potatoes & gravy. Definitely not worth $37 though.
I really hoped I’d have a better experience than last time since there was a line of cars and thought the chicken would be fresh especially since it took just over 20 mins to get to my turn to order. All in all, you have a serious issue at that particular store. We’ve tried it on 3 different occasions and have yet to get a decent meal there. I think next time we want fried chicken we will go to Popeyes!

I was given a gift card that had 25$ on it as a gift. I went to KFC in Naugatuck, CT on Rubber Avenue to use the card. My total came to roughly 18 dollars. When I tried to use the gift card, it would not register as having money on it. I ended up having to pay for my order in cash. When I checked the card number online when I got home it still said 25$.

I had company coming for dinner and it took me three stores to get service and when I finally got my food it was awful. It was July 8th about 2pm when I went to the first KFC he told me to drive around the parking lot for 20 minutes and maybe they could get there cash register to ring things up. I chose to go to another KFC and she said she was having technical difficulties so I went to a third KFC. I placed my order and she said they only have part of my order so I changed everything. They didn't have enough extra crispy so she replaced it with original. I got five mashed and gravy and biscuits also. When I got it home the chicken was so dry it crumbled and was not edible too much time under the warmer. The biscuits were little bricks and the gravy was dark brown and watery yuck. $74.38 later and after 3pm, I threw it out and ordered pizzas for my guests. I was embarrassed to serve it to my guests. I used to love KFC but it will be a long time before I try again. I would love a refund but where do I get that!
Desired outcome: I would have loved fresh hot food without all the hassle. What should have saved me time ended up costing me gas traveling all over and wasted time. I want a refund. $74.38 That's just the cost of the food.

Visited the power line store in Deerfield Beach Fl. Cole slaw was delicious; however the biscuit was hard as a rock. Had to be trashed. The chicken was very over cooked and very chewy. We were there at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Very disappointed. This was for take out.
Your product has gone to hell.
We used to love Kentucky Fried Chicken. In fact, my grown sons have been eating it since they were much younger. As the song says, NO MORE, NO MORE, NO MORE, NO MORE.
What you are now selling is bones with breading. NO THANK YOU. The quality of your product has hit rock bottom and I predict that you will be out of business shortly. Consumers aren't stupid, but your management must be. GOOD LUCK, A CONSUMER WHO WONT BE BAMBOOZLED.
Wrapster Box
We ordered 4 Wrapster boxes which has the wrap, one piece chicken and chips and a SW3 with a roll and gravy. We waited about 10 minutes before we inquired what the hold up was, they then told us they were having an issue with the fillets. 3 minutes later the lady behind the counter, packing the food, asked us for our slip. The reason she asked, is they cleared our order from their screen because they know they get monitored on their service delivery. i have experienced this at their drive-thru as well, where they literally tell you to either reverse or park and they clear your order to make them look good. Anyway, about 20 min later after placing our order, we then proceed to sit upstairs. when my family had a bite in the wrap it was still pink and raw inside (we have pictures). The manager on duty told us that the chicken was indeed cooked and that it was the spice they were using. Now, i consider myself an educated man and I have been eating chicken a long time to know what is raw. Anyway, we then said we will get a 2nd opinion from one of you other branches, which we did and they confirmed that the chicken was indeed raw and this should not have been served. Oh and they refunded for 1 Wrapster box - R30, I did not want to argue and just left.
I would just like to say, we always have issues with this branch but we go back because this KFC is on route and we are KFC lovers. The last time 13 minutes before loadshedding, a placed an order for chicken and wings only for them to tell me 28 min later there's no more chicken but yet clients before me left with chicken. Once again, they cleared the orders from the monitor.
All of this can be confirmed on their cameras inside the branch.

Went through drive through today. Ordered 12 piece variety bucket. Came with two sides. First they forgot the drink while I was still there. Went back to the window and asked for it. Then got home and while I was unpacking the meal and there was no sides. Called and they would give two larger fries for the mistake. Went there and they ended up giving one. But didn’t make any sense cause there was no gravy either. Didn’t bother going back a third time with the cost of gas.
The workers were completely clueless.
This is not the first time or second time mistakes were made at this location.
Other day went to order a zinger twister at drive through. Came home and it was a Big Crunch.
This location was not busy. So it didn’t make any sense why they keep making mistakes with the orders. I don’t know what they are doing but it’s not making orders very accurate.
Every time I order from here there is always a mistake made. In the past however I don’t recall exactly. This is the first time I am email and complaining about this.
There are not enough cookies. Or upsized gravies that could make up for the mistakes this place has made. Especially when the cost of gas is through the roof. Just don’t make sense on trying to claim these “sides” on next visit as when it was brought up they don’t remember by the time I visit next so I just forget it.
Desired outcome: I’m not looking for compensation. I’m looking for better more, accurate service. Replace these workers or franchise owners or whatever it takes. Definitely not the same it used to be 18 years ago.
