KFC Gateway online app

Im so frustrated with the stupidity I had to deal with. Kfc customer service consultants are up to [censored]. I spoke to 9 different consultants and still no joy. I placed an order at 03:15 yesterday and then it said the driver canceled then after spekaing to all those consultants I still did not recieve my order they all say the same thing hold on and then the call cuts or they say I will call back after I speka to the manager. Sangwa was the last consultant I spoke to and she did not help much. So quick to take out the money but must wait on them for 7 to 14 working days for a refund. I hope the gateway manager wakes up today and what crap is that the customer service managers leave at 14:00 daily whilst your agents are all lost. Get rid of them man they dont add value.

Desired outcome: I WANT MY FOOD WITH AN ADDITIONAL MEAL BECAUSE OF AL THE [censored] I HAD TO DEAL WITH JUST TO GET SOME TAKEWAY.

KFC Service at the Wisbech Branch of kfc

I attended the drive through at you wisbech branch tonight (18th June 2022).

After queuing r about 10 minutes after I had given my order at the order microphone. When I reached the service window I paid. The young lady on the service point gave me my change, my drink (part of the deal) and some napkins and salt. She then said she was sorry but I would have to park up for five minutes because of a short delay. last time I visited this turned into 30 minutes. I did not want to wait and so asked for my money back. To this she replied it would only be 5 minutes, she seemed genuine so I agreed to wait 5 minutes but no longer. Once parked up it became obvious that at least 15 vehicles where also waiting "5 minutes" and they had been served when I first arrived in site.

After 5 minutes, in the pouring rain I went up to the drive through hatch and have her the drink napkins and salt back and asked for a refund.

At this point a rather aggressive young man, who identified himself as Colin, stepped forward and told me not to be so rude. I repeated to him that I just wanted my money back, I had been inconvenienced enough. He repeated that I was being rude, he didn't get paid enough to be spoken to like that.

Colin then said it was not their fault that the dryers had "gone down" and that I should show more understanding. Eventually be said he couldn't give a refund unless I drive around the drive through again as he couldn't legally serve me on foot at that till. I offered to come into the shop but he said he couldn't refund from that till. After nearly writing off my purchase and leaving I decided that Colin needed to put a refund slip in the till. I drove around the drive in, again waiting another 5 minutes, when he begrudgingly gave me my money back.

I left hungry and disillusioned with KFC wisbech.

Bearing in mind that I was on-site for over 25 minutes and other customers for much longer, still with no food.

Desired outcome: I would like a response.

KFC Beverage

On Thursday, June 16, 2022 around 5:30PM we ordered 2 large Mountain Dews from the KFC in Snellville, GA located on 78 highway and it wasn't mixed properly.

KFC Someone Else's Order

I went to this KFC in Heworth and we ordered the zinger box meals and we came back with someone else's order! I'm so fuming at this KFC location in Heworth are the service is so poor. Someone needs to get into trouble already!

June 8 2022 I ordered $40 worth of food and the quality of chicken was dry and no meat on wings, the sides were not hot. No plastic ware or dips. I am looking for credit, not so much a refund. KFC 3 piece meal - 2 breasts and a wing,

KFC. Lake Blvd, Redding, Ca. 6/3/22 1:40 pm. one breast almost raw (too raw to eat) the other could have cooked longer. no straw, spoon, napkins or butter and honey for the biscuit. I tried to call several times but got an out of service tone. I get this order every couple of weeks, but maybe not anymore.

KFC Chicken sandwich and mist drink

Shopped at KFC on boulder hwy Las Vegas at 5 13 pm. Saw your advertisement for new chicken sandwich, along with sign on window. They had non-available, waiting on a truck, just ridiculous. Had to order something else also got a mist drink, that had no mist just soda water, something is wrong with dispenser for sure. No number to call them back on my receipt.

Desired outcome: Would like a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches and free drink please.

KFC Condition of the store

Several times over the past couple of months I have stopped by the KFC in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. First time I used the Drive Thru and this last time I went in to order. No particular reason. As soon as I grabbed the first door handle I was stuck. So sticky and gross. Second door I used my sweater over my hand. I was greeted friendly and the lady was patient while I decided what we wanted. I gave her my order and she had some problems with the computer and I waited patiently while she worked it out. While waiting I was looking around and honestly was shocked at how dirty everything was. The floor, the tables and everything else was filthy. You could see on every piece of equipment, surface and windows where someone had wiped down and just pretty much smeared what was there. You couldn’t miss it. I got a drink while waiting and the self serve machine was disgusting, sticky, dirty and stunk bad. By now I am ready to leave without my food. Now…let’s talk about a couple of the employees. I think there may have been four employees there at the time. Two of them were needing to get cleaned up. Dirty uniforms…..I mean dirty. And their hygiene was not any better. Now please understand that I am not doing this for attention or malice or free anything. I want you to know that this location is not a busy store and some of the above problems may be why. I don’t plan on going back to that location but it’s a big city and others are around. I know every place is short staffed but if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. KFC Kentucky burger and french fries

Very bad taste and very soggy French fries were…. I was the frequent customer of KFC but now on wards im gonna quit!

2ndly very filthy environment of KFC RYK

My husband also complained :

1) refused to accept my coupon "69849" which was given to me through email with validity till 31/5/2022.

2) refused to prepare my meal without fries. Dont know why. Replied that its "impossible"

3) a large number of flies in the vicinity especially near cold drink dispenser. The guy filling glasses was very casual without any hygienic measures.

4) went to the sink to wash hands and there was alot of smell there. Dont know when it was last washed... Smell of faeces!... The door of the washroom was wide open and the flies were freely roaming across.

5) left my meal more than half as it tasted stale with foul smell.

Now I am feeling cramps in my stomach.

Much disappointed!

Why not you people show mercy on us people and close your business?

Desired outcome: Please refund and close ur business if u ppl can’t manage a worldwide food chain

KFC Vegan burger

As you know there is only one option for a vegan at KFC. When out with friends it was decided KFC would be okay as there is an option for a vegan. However, it's seems that KFC couldn't even get that one thing right: the burger didn't have any mayo on it. The advertising blurb said it had mayo and the picture showed mayo in the burger. When this was pointed out it was explained that the store didn't actually have any vegan mayo. Just the burger with a couple of limp bits of lettuce wasn't what was wanted, surely this is false advertising. Would it be acceptable to serve a bbq type burger without the sauce? The manager wasn't at all apologetic and flatly refused to refund the money paid for this sad offering. I would politely suggest that KFC stick to what they know ie chicken and leave out the half hearted attempt at catering for people that choose to follow a plant based diet.

It really went against my principles visiting an establishment that supports the meat industry. The experience really confirmed why vegans should not visit a chicken shop! I will 100% not be returning and neither will my family or friends.

Unfortunately the receipt got thrown in the trash. The food was paid for by card so there is a record of the transaction.

KFC 3 hours before closing and would not cook food

Saturday, May 28, at approximately 7pm, my husband went to KFC in Radcliff, KY for family dinner. He was going to get the tender family meal. The man at the drive thru told him they only had 3 tenders and were not cooking any more today. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The man who answered the phone said I can help you the manger is busy. He refused to put the manager on the phone. I told him what happened, and he said we only had 3 tenders. I asked him why they would not cook more when they still had 3 hours before closing. He said it will be over an hour before we have any because we are short staff and I ain't cooking the sh... My husband had to drive 15 miles to the next FKC. You asked not to say bad words so I will end my complaint here. We will NEVER eat their again.

KFC Low Quality Tasteless smell less food

I ordered online

Order came from souq al ali , Doha branch

Quality was Low outer surface of chicken was not crispy and was fully oily and salty I believe road side Chinese fast food will be far better than what I had

I wasted Money and time

Better shutdown such stores if u can’t manage or provide better Quality food.

KFC Regarding telephone call

Today 26/5/22 at 17:16 I contacted the store in Redhill regarding an order I had made via Uber eats. The man I was talking to was very rude and never gave me a chance to fully tell him why I was calling. Once he heard the word Uber eats he told me to contact them and put the phone down on me. I rang back again as I had made a mistake and ordered something which was not vegetarian and had realised after the order. I was still happy to have the bits that I ordered but was phoning to ask if there was a way that I could add the extra bits to my order or if that wasn’t possible could I place the order and collect myself. I never had a chance to fully explain any of that as the person I was talking to was being rude and talking over me as in his mind I just needed to call Uber eats. I asked if I could talk to the manager he told me he was the manager. I can’t believe that any manager would have behaved in the way he did. In the end rather than placing the order to collect I had to arrange another u er eats to collect my order which was what I was trying to avoid I was hoping that if I placed the order over the phone I could make collection before my previous order arrived. I honestly can not believe that the person I was talking to was the manager. Skills of a manager would include great customer service and problem solving. Not talking over someone keep repeating to contact Uber eats. I even tried to explain to him that he wasn’t listening to me and that still didn’t stop him from being rude and talking over me. I hope this is fed back to him as it has really upset me.

KFC Hygiene/product

Hello,

This evening I purchased a fillet snack box on my way home for my daughter from kfc in stoke on trent, Fenton through the drive through. Once she started eating we found a clump of hair in her snack box. This is absolutely shocking and disgusting, considering staff should be wearing hair nets. Please see photos in the attachment.

KFC Cookies

We went through tonight for a one person bucket. They forgot the sauce and tenders. One worker took 10 minutes to bring it out of the warmer and put it in the box. Popcorn chicken is uneditable. The real reason why I came here was to tell you about the cookies. I am a kfc cookie maniac and I am so sad about the pre packaged cookie replacing fresh baked. I will not be eating kfc again anytime soon and I am a huge fan and I use to manage there. Very disappointed

Desired outcome: Change the cookies back and encourage dropping fresh popcorn chicken it only takes 5 minutes to cook and I was there for 10 anyway.

Do not eat there !

Been there 6 times since it opened recently giving it the benefit of doubt & has always disappointed !

KFC Food

I bought a burger which had been stood too long as you can see on the pictures .

The salad were soggy the bread were dry I ended up giving it to the seagulls.

Desired outcome: In return would like a good will voucher for a bucket meal .I’ve not been in since having a bad food .gave me bellyache the bit I had bitten .

KFC Food

Ordered a 12 Piece Meal from KFC in Port Angeles WA this evening; 05/16/2022

I specified a 4:45PM pick up time. I was on time.

I got home and the chicken was very old, and the biscuits were hard as a rock.

I started my working career cooking chicken at Pioneer Chicken in Phoenix AZ in 1979. I know what freshly cooked chicken, slightly old chicken, and very old chicken is. This was very old. With the cost of food these days, I expect a certain level of quality for my hard- earned money.

Please address this issue so that I can have confidence in my future purchases, or you will have lost not just me as a customer but those within my sphere of influence.

KFC Wrong Order

KFC # [protected] West 5th St. Reno, NV 05/15/2022 3:33 P.M.

Order 6-piece chicken tenders and paid the full price. Got home with order in bag. There were only 3 tenders. I drove all the way back to the KFC location and they gave me 3 more chicken tenders but did not say they were sorry or thank you. By the time I got back home, original 3 chicken tenders were cold.

Reluctant to ever go to this KFC again!
