Leon's Furniture review: order # 04159vnudfx - missing piece

Hi We ordered a sectional with 4 pieces on April 15th. We were told it was a custom piece so we would have to prepay with nonrefundable terms and delivery would take place in 6-8 weeks. Three pieces were delivered July 3 and that 10 weeks after ordering. We are still waiting for the 4th piece of the sectional. It has now been 14 weeks since we ordered and paid for the sectional and we do not have a have a firm delivery date yet. Where is the 4 th piece of couch? Why did it take so long? Why was the whole sectional not made at one time as it was called a custom order? Why does the store or salesperson Karen not return calls all the time? They called back a few times but not all the time. Why doesn't Leon's know how long it takes the manufacturer to produce the order? We were quoted 6 to 8 weeks but in reality it will be 16 or more weeks for order to be fully delivered. We would not have ordered this couch from Leon's if we had known it would have taken so long. My kids had no sofa before so they did not want to wait as long as it took. The original delivery date window was a misrepresentation and we don't appreciate being lied to. Overall poor customer service and we would not recommend Leon's to anyone.
