So we ordered food from the Chapman Highway location in Knoxville TN the food wasn't good so we went inside to have it remade and the manager Jennifer had a very nasty attitude. The food was remade but it was still disgusting something needs to be done about it. I'm in restaurant management myself and you do not treat customers like that it's completely unacceptable!

Desired outcome: The manager should be reprimanded and food should be replaced with edible food not nasty food that's sat for God knows how long
