Moogold Mlbb recharge

i have done a UPI payment 3 days back i haven't got the product nor the refund i have provided the customer care all the transaction id but still no response, i have sent a mail too but there is no response

Claimed loss: loss of 15$

Desired outcome: i want it refund or recharge the account
