I ordered $1200 of wire and cable which meets the requirement for free shipping min order of $1000. Checked out, showed free ship and payment. They waited almost 2 weeks before letting me know in an email they would loose $250 on shipping as they could not ship ups but had to be LTL and that I need to pay additional freight cost?! Nassau has fake advertising and their customer service support is terrible. What company in their right mind asks for more money for shipping but advertised FREE SHIPPING. Unethical business at best. All emails are were sorry, apologies and kindly proceed. HI RISK DONT order from this company. All phone calls are directed to the same 2 or 3 person and you will be hung up on,no call back, or just no answer. Delayed emails written by AI at best. My lost time and money not worth it. You have been warned PLEASE DO NOT TRUST NASSAU.

Recommendation: STAY AWAY. fake free ship, delays, gaslighting customers,no good resolution
