I ordered $1200 of wire and cable which meets the requirement for free shipping min order of $1000. Checked out, showed free ship and payment. They waited almost 2 weeks before letting me know in an email they would loose $250 on shipping as they could not ship ups but had to be LTL and that I need to pay additional freight cost?! I got 200 feet of cable conduit from Nassau National Cable Corp. for a job. It took a month to get the receipt and address for the "*** Type ATSS Conduit" (All Temperature Stainless Steel) flexible liquid tight conduit. After I bought it, I found out it was ready for pick up. When I called to check, the label was wrong. I told *** and *** at NNCC about it. *** said I could take or leave what they offered. They refunded my money, but I need the conduit to finish my job. I want them to sell me the product at the quoted price and deliver it. I'm a 90% Service-Connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and this issue affects my business. I can send you all the emails about this.

I got four cables from Nassau on August 28, 2022: three 2/0 AWG AL cables (red, white, black), and one 4 AWG AL cable (green)
I got four cables from Nassau on August 28, 2022: three 2/0 AWG AL cables (red, white, black), and one 4 AWG AL cable (green). It took five business days to get my package, and I didn't get any shipping notification until the product was almost at my house. But, I only got one of the four items that I ordered: the green 4 AWG cable. When I asked for tracking information on the red, white, and black 2/0 AWG AL cables, I got an e-mail telling me that the white and red cables were on the way. But, I didn't get the black 2/0 AWG AL cable. They told me it would "be delivered along with the other two cables on September 07." But, only the black 2/0 AWG AL cable showed up. The red and white ones were missing. When I asked about it, they said the packages were delivered to my front door. But, my Nest doorbell camera showed the driver only had one spool of cable. Nassau admitted their mistake the next day and said they would ship out the remaining red and white cables. They promised to provide tracking by close of business, or by the next day. But, I didn't get tracking for two days. I finally got the last two cables of my order on September 14, 2022--17 days after my initial order. This was a $ *** order. The lack of communication, long shipping times, and accusing me of lying about receiving cables that I didn't receive is completely unacceptable. I won't use this company again.
