I signed up for Test Tubes for a whole year
I signed up for Test Tubes for a whole year. But for 2 months now, I can't log in to my account online. I wanna make sure my address is correct because my last package went to the wrong address even though I fixed it through their online customer support chat. Also, I don't want my annual membership to renew automatically. Plus, I want tracking info for every package they send me since I don't get any email notifications. Their chat team keeps saying they're working on it, but it's been 2 months and I still can't log in. Here are all my chats with their support team with dates.
