Outback Steakhouse review: Bill

I am a veteran.l my family and I ate at outback steakhouse in Somerville, MA
I asked the waiter if outback does veterans discount he said yes and he put it on the bill before checking my sister paid on the machine which doesn't show everything so once we got back to the airbnb she gave me the receipt there was no discount. Also when I tried to get his attention he avoided me 3 time our bill was I believe $323 and change,we did a $64.60 a 20% tip the food was acceptable. No I have not called the restaurant in in Boston for the weekend on vacation .
