This is part two of my experience from june 30, 2019
My name is stacey leach

Server was rude - she never came back to the table, in which I did not get what I had ordered - but she never came back, as the food got cold, I just went ahead and ate the chicken, but had ordered steak and shrimp. No manager around to help me out. It was sooo crowded that I could not get the attention of anyone.
After getting my drink order wrong, and then getting mad at me because she had to go back to the bar to get the right one (which was wrong, again the 2nd time around) I just drank it the beer.
We waited 15 mins to get the check to finally be able to talk to someone about it.. When we finally got the bill, of course what I ordered was on there, but not brought to me. We waited and waited and waited for her to come back but she never did. I believe the lady that finally came by, may have been mgr on duty, I am not sure because she swept in grabbed my credit card and bill and took it up for payment. Never even looked at us. Waited another 15 mins for somebody to bring back my card, hoping that maybe then I could explain the problems and issues, perhaps get my bill corrected, or whatever. Did not happen. The guy that brought out our food from the kitchen brought me back the receipt, but not my credit card. Had to flag him down to get my card. It was my birthday, the waitress knew it, but I did not get that special birthday from the crew. I was excited to finally get to go to the outback steakhouse, been waiting 2 months, excitedly for the day, and she just ruined it. I am a senior guest care manager for the marriott international hotel, uptown charlotte, so I know good, and bad customer service all to well. And frankly, the service there was atrocious! I got home and I cried. So let down. So angry!
I am expecting an email back from wherever, or whoever gets this. I think I deserve that much. Compensation for my dinner, or at least another chance to fix this horrible experience, with a credit.
Thank you for listening.
