plain yoghurt I purchased yesterday from Pick n Pay.
Upon opening and stirring the yoghurt, I noticed unusual brown particles appearing throughout the product. I tasted a small teaspoon before realising something was wrong, and I am now concerned about the safety and quality of the product, as well as any potential health risks.
This is very worrying, as I expected the product to be fresh and safe for consumption. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently. Please advise on what steps I should take next and how this issue will be resolved.

Desired outcome: A refund or a fresh product with no unusual particles be safe and fresh for consumption.

After today I realised again why I very rarely shop at PNP. The staff at the tills are so unfriendly. It’s not my fault that they have to work. I don’t think they have been trained very well. At Checkers and Woolworths you can atleast hear them saying hello back to you.
PnP staff should get a life and be thankful that they have a job.
