Pizza Hut review: Service at pizza hut

Two separate visits to the 10th Street Pizza Hut in Great Bend Kansas, have left us irritated and choosing not to patronize them again.
11/6/20, we ordered 3 Pizzas. When arriving at the store, clerk was totally confused, orders were mixed up, and pizzas were cold. Service took 30 minutes just to pick up the pizzas.
12/2/20 we attempted to purchase a gift certificate at the drive through window. We could see the employees, but they ignored the window. One employee even waved at us, when he walked by. One employee was on the phone the entire time, one walked by several times and ignored us. Another employee looked at us and went into the back of the kitchen. After being ignored for 30 minutes, we took our business to a family owned restaurant. ThisPizza Hut has Very poor management with 0 people skills!
