my employer informed me that they received garnishment of my wages I was never notified about court judgement the time that I found out from the payroll dept was on May 6 2026 that was payday and my LTD was not the amount that I get and called and this is how found out I would like validation of this debt with amount and dates and creditor statement when it went to collection and who now owns this debt I never received any court notification so please clarify this to me
Desired outcome: validation of debt and judgement some explanation to this issue by Crystal Hammell CA-Legal@pra-group.ca I would appreciate a response

This is as FRAUDULENT as a Company can possibly get. Just tell them to go f...their mother! I just got a message from them on my cell to call them back: Same routine I went through about 10 years ago. They claimed that I owed $2,200.00 (+/-) or so to a Company they had bought the debt load from...They could not answer simple questions such as : What was the item I had purchased, where and what was that store, a facsimile of the invoice or bill of sale etc. They could (would) not answer these requests; obviously...! They tried contacting me, through my cell message box, for a couple of weeks then just dissapeared...until today. My advice: If you are certain you never had a transaction and/or ask the same questions as above; insist to meet one of their representative face to face in a public place ! OF COURSE THEY WILL NOT AGREE ! In the iinfitissimal probability that they do : Hide a small cro-bar in te back of your shirt ( a 2 pounder is more than enough...) and as soon as you meet, make a small indentation of 1/16 of a inch in his (her) frontal lobe and leave. Whatever happens to you after : Be reassured that Humanity will owe you a debt of gratitude for eternity...!
