I purchased a used left HID headlight for 2014 Cadillac SRX for a salvage vehicle being repaired. It took longer than I thought to get back from body shop but when I did get it back I installed the headlight and the led lights didn't work. I sent a message to OEMassive and got an e-mail from a lady saying it was to late to be returned but would get with upper management to get exception an contact me within 3 business days. I waited 5 business days then called them at [protected] and spoke to Stacy and she told me she could do nothing for me since it was a used return they sold to me and they had limited supply. I took that to mean they sent me a defective light and I was stuck with it. It was about 63days from purchase date with 60 days return. I needed a headlight so I purchased one from another seller.

I ordered a pair of taillights for my truck. After about 2 weeks the left taillight began to leak a ton of water. I remove the taillight and couldn't find an obvious hole or seal issue. I contacted the company through their website and explained the issue I was having with it.

After waiting a week I did not get an email back so I tried to call the business in which I did not get an answer from that as well. I decided to contact them through Facebook Messenger since it says this company "Usually replies within 24 hours." I sent the same message on Facebook messenger. The next day I looked and the company had read my message but decided not to respond to me.

At this point it had been about 2 weeks. I filed a report through PayPal and the company didn't respond to me or PayPal themselves! It seemed as if they were trying to ignore the issue. Paypal sided with me after giving OEMASSIVE an additional 15 days to respond.

Paypal gave me my money back and I got to keep the taillights.. I'll just go buy some silicone with my refunded money and fix the issue myself!
