Ray Cullen Chevrolet Parts Manager

I want to address some inappropriate behavior from your parts Manager. My boyfriend I were in your parts department ordering some parts last week, when a man with grey hair, rather slim built, wearing black slacks and a white shirt stood off to the side of the counter talking to one of the girls behind the counter. She was sitting off to the side reading a book. He began talking with her and the whole time he was being very flirtatious with her. It made me feel very uncomfortable to say the least. I find this to be inappropriate behavior in the work place. Obviously my boyfriend wasn't aware of what was going on because he was talking with the guy who was helping him. After a few more comments I just walked around to the other side of the counter and stood next to my boyfriend using him as a wall to block the view. As I stood there I noticed this dark haired girl walk by and through the doorway, she said hello to both of them as she had to walk past them, no one said hello to her and as I watched him from the corner of my eye, he rolled his eyes as she walked by. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary when she walked by, she was pleasant, but wow did this guy ever have a hate on for her as I seen it with my own eyes. I don't know what that was all about but I feel for that nice girl, because she was so pleasant and very polite towards him. I find him to be a bit of a nuisance and his behavior seemed to be quite demeaning to women. I told my boyfriend after we left and he told me to send in a complaint. If your parts manager of authority behaves in this manner, I feel for the staff that work under his supervision. That in my opinion is harassment and undermining women. I hope you don't tolerate this behavior in your company, very shameful!

Obviously, not just a "customer with her boyfriend. More like a jealous employee with a vendetta against a certain manager.

Ray Cullen Chevrolet Worst Customer Service Rip off

The worst service from GM dealer. NO complaints against GM, but this dealer is very arrogant. The dealer treats customers as if they work for him. Never do business with them. Paid in full for a brand new silverado truck, and a few days later when picked up the truck the sales guy wanted another $1000 otherwise he wont give the truck. Double Dipping. thats what it is called. HE took $ 1000 from me and claims another $ 1000 from GM. THe dealer is very unethical in his dealings. Never buy from this dealer again. The dealer did not clean the truck bed before installing the bedliner.

Ray Cullen dealer should be closed down by GM. It has given a very bad name to GM and chevy. Ray Cullen will drive away GM customers. In order to increase GM customer loyalty and boost sales, Ray Cullen chevrolet should be shut down immediately..

One person - same person, posting same comments on various websites. Must have a lot of time on your hands. Always been treated with respect at this dealership.

I too feel that Ray Cullen dealership is a horrible company to deal with, There motto should be "over promise and under deliver" not "famous for fairness", that is a crock of ###! Nothing is done fairly! Seriously people should we expect more from greedy salesmen? No sincerity there at all! Fake Fake Fake, haven't we learned anything? Never trust a salesman, he can talk the talk and shovel ### your way because they are good at lying, and all for just a big commission! Ray sure has trained his staff to be just like himself, an arrogant, heartless, selfish, cheap ###, Ray will take and take but never ever give!
While he sits in his throne and has all his little people do his dirty work, he stands tall and strong and looks down upon the rest of us, because to him we are a couple of stupid undereducated customers that put cash in his pocket because we don't know any better! Remember that folks the next time you go in to purchase a rather large item! I refuse to buy from this selfish man, I would soon give to other dealerships that give a ### about their customers and their employees! Oh and this guaranteed rust warranty, you miss one appointment for rust inspection you can kiss that warranty goodbye...they don't warrant that, it becomes void! Fairness? lol not likely! Ray Cullen sure has made a name for himself, if you ever have a concern or issue, don't even try calling him because he wont be available...he's in the tropical islands spending your money on himself and his family and I don't mean the family that works for HIM! I applaud you Ray Ray Ray! NOT!

I bought a malibu from them a few years old. I was in a huge rush because my last car was a write-off. they promised they'd fix the scratches and other things. Didn't do a single thing. Also later found out they stripped the tires from the car, and the battery. Also they fixed the exhaust very poorly.
