The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Horrible service. The woman store manager told me to order and eat or leave the store.. Extremely rude. Feb 2nd 2013 7pm. I was there to speak to the other person working and she tells me I am not going to speak to her. She is in personal business between and my girlfriend and she needs to not get in between two grown adults. Very disgusted by the attitude she presented to a customer.

Subway operating under aclu violations, etc. and over charging for the chicken pizziola sub. This has been going on for over a year.

I have complained about the all Pakistani run Subway in Samson, Al. before. Subway has never done anything about my complaints. They will not hire other races. I’ve seen white and black people stay there for a few days and then they are gone.

They also speak poor English and do not comprehend the cost of adding extra meat, etc. They believe that meatball sauce added to pepperoni and chicken breast, qualifies as added $3.00 to the price of a foot long sub.

I got very angy with a worker in Livonia La. Jalisa Anderson had an very bad attitude and she did not want to wait on me. I kindly asked her to come and take my order but she waited until she ended her conversation on her cell phone. That was very bad service. I'm 36 and I deserve better than that. Thanks!

Some sandwiches are limited time and when they go out, the people still make them, but of course they won't be charging the sale price.

Well lets see were to start. I arrived at this Subway at 6:30pm on Saturday 3-27-10 there were 3 people in line in front of me with one person working behind the counter. 30min later, and 9 more people behind me, (4 that walked out) it was my turn to order, This kid had been working by himself since 3. his help was a no show, and the Manager "Trish", said she would try to get some one to cover but never did. by the way this was the kids 2nd week on the job. I asked him why his manager was not up there helping him and he said " she only works weekdays". this Subway is owned by Louisiana state Rep. Don Flemming.
Don Fire this Manager and get you a real one she should have been there or made sure soneone was!
45min to get a Sandwitch your lucky my kids wanted Subway, but i will think twice next time

i dont like pork so i just need the guy who makes my sandwich to change the gloves because they never do that in ur location at 17w500 in oakbrook terrece and i left the resturant too many times just for this reason. this msg from sufyan dawadeh, and my e-mail dawadehsufyan@yahoo.com.pls tell them to stop that

Every time I go into this store the same two woman are there offering up there POOR service. One woman usually walks around and sweeps the floor around angrily and the other slaps the sandwich together. I spoke with the businesses around this store and they all stated how rude they were. This could possible be daughters of the owner because there is no way these two would get a job anywhere else. I actually drive 2 miles south to the other subway just to avoid the bad service. STAY AWAY!

I tend to not concern myself about the emotions of the Subway employees. I go there as a hungry patron, not a psychologist. People should stop nit-picking.

She does not need to get into my personal business with my girlfriend if I call her a b**** in anger and hit her that is none of her business and she has no right to ask me to order something or leave.

People, this is an obvious troll who just wants to incite people just to get a reaction.
We all know the poster is a fool, as anyone complaining of "poor CUSTOMER service" when in fact they are not even a customer is simply being an a$$. And then to say that he's an "adult" while saying if he curses his GF and hits her it's no one else's business, is clearly a webinstigator. He's a child troll, and as always, please do NOT feed the trolls. :)

They only have one person working in the Mt Pocono Subway. Weekends and Holidays are horrible. I refuse to go in that Subway to eat. Half an hour or longer wait time. It is located in the Walmart shopping center on rt. 940 in Mt. Pocono. The owners need to be told to get more help and stop being so cheap.
