Thrillophilia review: Poor service

We recently booked Mauritius trip through Thrillophilia (May 2026). They did nothing except booking accommodation. They booked SIC for city sight seeing, but did not bother to pick co-passengers from nearby hotels. Hence, we had to spend 5-6 hours every day in picking and dropping other guests. So, did not get time to cover places as per itinerary. Except assurances and apologies, don't expect anything else from thrillophilia.
