Thrillophilia review: Cheating and scam!

I bought tickets for Dubai Palm View for my whole family in February 27, 2026. On the scheduled day and time at the counter I was informed that these tickets were bought in bulk by Thrillophillia team and same tickets were sold by them to more than one customers. I did not get the entry; also, it was so embarrassing and waste of time.
When contacted to their team on 27th Feb itself, they agreed and email that they will refund the amount.
Since February till April, we have been continuously writing follow-up emails to support team, raised tickets, etc. but no response. their phone no.s online never gets through.
They are a BIG CHEAT! It is so frustrating.
