On February 26, 2015 I tried to purchase a spa pedicure chair from an online company called SpaSalon.us. I used my cell phone to look up chairs several times and never seen anything stating terms or conditions. My order was successful placed. In the first invoice they told me I had 24 hours to cancel or change my order. I would be charged a 10% deposit and the other 90% would be by electronic transfer. Never heard anything from after that. The deposit wasn’t even taken out of my account. So after a week on March 2, 2015 I was curious about what was going on with my order. I sent an email asking when would my order ship? They then immediately took out the 10% deposit of $178.90. Well the email response I got scared me. So much that I did not want to buy from them. The second email from them wanted me to send money directly to another account and I was not comfortable with that. Why couldn’t they taken the money like they did with my deposit? It just doesn’t make any sense. Also the second email stated that my items where currently low in stock and I would have to pay immediately to reserve my items. In this email is when I first seen that if I didn’t cancel within 24 hours they would keep my 10% deposit. This wasn’t disclosed to me until after a week. The first email should have revealed this information. The terms and conditions was in the second invoice on March 2, 2015 but dated February 26, 2015 on my terms and conditions. Very deceptive on their part not disclosing this in the first invoice. After several attempts to find out how to pay them the balance by echeck I was frustrated and decided to cancel the order. On March 2, 2015 I requested for them to refund my money. There wasn’t any information in the emails they sent explaining how to do an echeck to pay the balance. I have emails that said they would refund my money in 3 to 5 business days. I filed a dispute with my bank and at this time its still pending. Then on April the 30th 2015 SpaSalon.us took $178.90 from my checking account again saying it was a 20% fee because I canceled after 48 hours. I have requested my money they were very rude and denied my request. I would have canceled soon if this information would have been disclosed from the beginning on February 26, 2015 but I was not given that opportunity. That is their scam. I am their victim. I hope this helps anyone else from becoming scammed by this company. They are not out of money in anyway. SpaSalon.us has taken $357.80 from me and I do have any products from them. Criminals

SpaSalon.us - They asked to pay for the return
Scam, scam, scam. I ordered an item from them, but these jerks sent me wrong thing. I contacted the online chat agent, who told me that I would need to pay the restocking fee and for return of the order as well. I started to explain that it was their mistake, but he refused to listen and told that if I needed this item, I would pay. The worst services and attitude, so please be aware and share this info. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
I bought 2 sets of chairs, and they arrived in a timely manner, and in good shape. I had no trouble putting them together.The color is just what it looked like on line. I recommend these chairs. Just take your time installing or call a plumber. You'll be as pleased as I am with Spasalon.us
SpaSalon.us - No discount, no delivery – only blah-blah from the seller
I ordered two tables and 4 chairs from the company www.spasalon.us. They took money, but only after a week they told me that my order was unavailable. They offered to buy something similar and promised to provide discount, but it was big crap. They delivered wrong items, as well as they didn’t provide any discount. Fake. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.
The representative was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I am very excited to receive my spa!
I would definitely recommend ordering from Salonspa.us ! Not only were they very accommodating with my situation, but they were also pleasant and a breeze to work with. I will be a returning customer for sure.
The website was very easy to navigate . There was live customer support instantly available through pop up text that didn't interfere with navigating the website . Checkout was a breeze !The website is easy to maneuver and the customer service personnel was very helpful, pleasant and thorough . I hope to get the item prior to a week as indicated .
BUYERS BEWARE! I've order 12 spa pedicures at roughly 20K paid in full same day since I needed replacement for my salon as soon as possible. Next day, Son at Spa salon US called saying the chairs are not in stock. Asked for a refund and has been 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have to take this matter to small claims court in order to get my money back. Please don't waste your money and time to this unethical company.
Very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the service we were given. Nice quality equipment and good customer service. Makes ordering online quick and easy. Website was easy to navigate and made what I was looking for easy to find. Prices are great compared to other spa furniture businesses. I would highly recommend! Easy to order and see what products are available on the site.
i had the same experience with them. They told me my item was in stock then they had me jump through hoops to get the item paid. i had to get direct deposit account with b of a to be able to use echeck. finally after getting verified with bank of america and paying the rest of my invoice of 1820 they called me to tell me my item was back ordered til july but heres another item thats almost the same but you just have to pay the difference of 315 so i agreed to that because im in a bind and had placed the order alomost 3 weeks prior. so now they call me after i say yes to the 315 and they tell me that the chair has 2 options the one you want will be an extra 250 but we wil give it to you for 50 off. at this point im inraged. i have been in this business for over 30 years and i have never dealt with the biggest scammers on the planet. if you can help it dont use this company do you research first!
I am very happy with this cabinet! I bought it to go in an empty space in my newly remodeled salon. I had read several reviews that mentioned it was small--but it fit perfectly in the space I had measured it for (based on the spasalonus description). The most impressive part was the speed with which spasalonus got this item to me! Thanks spasalonus!
I think I need to tell everyone how bad Spasalonus is. I realized that Spasalonus always says yes when customer ask if they have a product in stock while the manufacture confirm that product is discontinued.
If you trust them and pay, then they will charge and inform you that the product is on back order. If you ask how long it’s on back order, Spasalonus will ask you when you expect to eceive the product. If you say 1 month, they will tell you your product is on back order in 3 months, if you say 2 months, then they will tell you 6 months.
Generally, they will try to make you tired and agree to change to another product that you don’t want to purchase at the beginning. If you want to get refund, they will say ok but they never refund your money. Can you hire a lawyer for a case with a value under $10, 000? Spasalonus know that you would not, so they try to prolong the time to refund.
The price the quality is impressive, especially since it is solid wood. And it's SOOOO easy to put together. I did have an issue that spasalonus resolved immediately. Great customer service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase.
I purchased this table to be used as a rep table. It was easy to put together and the perfect size. The color is a deep espresso. I am considering putting a glass top on it, but I am waiting to see how it holds up first. Thanks, spasalon.us carrying hard to find items!

I ordered with Spa Salon US just today and decided to check what reviews they have and I must say that I disagree with this review. I made sure to read the terms and conditions listed at the bottom of their website and their cancellation policy is disclosed. I referred to them by a friend that orders from them all the time and she has never had an issue with them. I used the 10% by credit card and 90% by echeck option to avoid the transaction fee that is applied if you pay the entire balance by credit card. The website is easy to navigate and the order was easy to process.
