Then one scrip was over counter yet they was gonna sale it as is when the scrip only required 20 tablets not 50 so I ask they fill as a script as doctor has written which I felt was neglect on their part

When we get sick as lay individuals we trust the professionals like you and your company and the products you put out when we are sick and need help.
So this is the issue I want to bring attention to you.On April 7th I noticed symptoms of cough sore throat and chest congestion, no fever I went to little clinic at Krogers and got tested for Covid and othe influenza test and they were negative. So I went and bought Tussin DM Max in front of the box cover it says it is for Cough and chest decongestion cough suppressant GUAIFENESIN and expectorant and on the side of the box it says Walgreen's in red letters and says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. So I bought that and used as per instructions along with lozenges. Please believe me when I say it did not a bit of good, I kept on coughing and coughing until April 13th evening, around 8 pm I used Vicks Vapo Rub applied to my neck chest front and back and around the nose nostrils and some steam inhalation and I woke up on Friday morning April 14th feeling so much better and by the evening of April 14th I hardly coughed. So believing in your product I trusted your assurance of 100% guarantee I used Tussin DM Max and it did not relieve my symptoms even once even for a short time,
So my complaint when you say 100% guarantee that means it should be 100% so for almost one week I suffered believing in your product , when I could have used some alternative like Vicks Vapo Rub.
So from my point of view it is a false advertisement and I deserve an explanation and compensation for the delay of time in my improvement,for almost one week when I could not function normally at all because of the sever cough and chest congestion I had and with use of Vicks Vapo Rub my symptoms got better with no cough within matter of few minutes. I am looking forward to your acknowledgment of this complaint and a positive reply, thank you kindly.

Walgreens heating pad
I have been trying to resolve this situation since March 27, 2023 when incident happened. I was not feeling well and had a Walgreens heating pad on my back. After a few minutes I smelled smoke, I reached around my body and grabbed the heating pad, it was on fire. It burned my shirt, shorts, underwear, skin and chair I was sitting in. I have called customer service, corporate consumer relations department and emailed consumerrelations.[protected]@walgreens.com. As of today, April 14, 2023 I have not heard back from any of them. This is a very serious situation and Walgreens need to know about possibility of heating pad exploding into a flame. I did not go to nearest Walgreens because I did not buy the heating pad in that store. Your cooperation in this matter would be appreciated.

I have applied for prescription relief from GSK the manufacturer of Trelegy Elipta which cost $476.71. Mu application is being accepted as I am 75 yrs. old and I meet the requirements needed for my prescription help as I am on Social Security. I was missing a date on one form which I corrected and needed the pharmacist signature on my prescription print out to prove that this was my record. She refuses to sign it. I came back and showed her the letter from GSK and she said "I am not signing anything. She then stamped it with a Walgreens stamp that needed new ink and was barely visible. All the company needs is a signature or initials and a date to verify this is my record. I have called the phone number from their website last week and this week and was told that someone would call me within 2-3 days but I so far have no received a response.
They are not requesting any credentials just a signature or initials and date. To date my out of pocket expenses have reached $ 1,322.76. I am retired and n and she is preventing it. Please help me so that I can get the prescription that I need.
Desired outcome: I just want a signature and date on the last page of my prescription print out and a date so that I can get the help that I need. Nothing more and nothing
Over priced pharmaceutical item
On April 12,2023 I arrived to pick up my prescription following a minor surgery, the prescription was for 3 bottles of Salicylic Acid. To my surprise the cost was $659.57. There was no way I could afford that, it was more than the procedure it self. I asked for one bottle and was charged $219.99 on Salicylic Acid 26% for 10ml. With no knowledge of this medication, I
did a bit of reached and found that is was over priced by at least $100. 00 according to other pharmacies in my area.
Desired outcome: A refund for the over charge of this item.

On 12 april I received text from Walgreens at 10780 Kenworthy, El Paso, TX., saying my prescription was ready for pickup. I called to change it to delivery since I had not received a text with the option to do so. I spent 20 minutes on the phone, I was transferred to six different people who, after asking for my date of birth, transferred me back and forth between El Paso and Phoenix. I was told on the last one it couldn't be done that I had to talk to the pharmacist but he was busy and I should call back. The impression I had was that as soon as the tech realized I was a senior citizen it was treated as a joke or a game. I am a senior but am not senile, demented, deaf or dumb and furious at the way I was treated. I will be searching for a new provider whose employees are trained to treat customers with respect and dignity they deserve since without us they wouldn't have a job. I had to ask someone else to pick up meds for me since I couldn't get there.
Desired outcome: Apology for treatment I received. Retrain techs to treat customers with respect and not tell them something can't be done when it can be because they are too lazy or dumb to do it.

Constant hassle getting medications refilled that I've taken the same dose of for years. I used to be able to get a months supply of meds with no issues. For the last year they've only allowed 15 days at a time yet don't want to refill the second half of the month. I always have to argue over how many pills I'm supposed to get a month vs 15 days. It's 6 pills a day. That is 180 pills a month. They always have to count the days down and I've never requested the meds before they are due yet they still argue. It takes at least 2 days of arguing before I finally get the meds. Never get an apology for their lack of knowledge of simple math. They have never stated why I can only get 15 days at a time now when I used to get a 30 day supply. My doctor has contacted them and changed the prescription multiple times to get them to give me the 30 day supply and they still refuse. I've had to sit and wait for hours multiple times because their "computers are going slow". The techs and new pharmacists are very rude and offer no help when they can't fill the prescription on time. My health has suffered greatly do to their lack of competence. I've contacted my insurance company and they said it's not them that's doing this that it's the actual pharmacy. They aren't very happy with having to pay for ER visits when I can't get the medications that are at the pharmacy and I become terribly ill because of not having the medications and have to go to the ER multiple times.
Desired outcome: I'd like my medications filled on time without arguing with them every month.
Sitting in line for over 30 minutes each time.
Everytime I go get my medicine doesn’t matter what time of day they take their time. I get an hour for lunch. They take all of it. One time I sat waiting at the window while the lady was scanning and saving medicine. They were talking loud to each other about inappropriate things. The line inside and out is always so long. It takes a while to get anyone to come to the window.
Desired outcome: They need to move the lines faster. People come on lunch hour

I have used this pharmacy for years and the techs are extremely rude constantly. It’s every month I am give a run around about medications I have taken for years through them. The last time I spoke with a pharmacy tech which was 4/10/23. My dr called in the PA for the meds they said it needed when I asked what the prob was with it now that everything has been handled she proceeded to get even
More rude and laughed about my frustrations which I didn’t find funny at all. When I asked how much the meds was so I could just pay for it to get it over with she hung up the phone on me. I have literally had problems with them since the beginning of the year on meds I have been taking for years and I’m not talking about insurance probs I’m talking about just the rudeness from the pharmacy techs. As of today y’all have lost my business In all areas and I transferred all my meds to. CVS. There is no sense in just pure rudeness. They need better trained on customer service in a serious way.
Desired outcome: If it was my place of business a apology should be issued for the poor customer skills they lack. I can’t imagine a older person being done the way I was done and have been done by them since January 2023.

For approximately 5 years I have filled my son's insulin prescription at the Walgreens pharmacy. With the way the endocrinologist prescribed the maximum dosage and the way pharmaceutical companies package insulin in vials, a one month supply is technically 33.3 days worth of insulin. Every month the prescription has been filled, the technician edits the entry to show it's a 30 day supply (right wrong or indifferent - that's how it's been done). This month it was entered as 33.3 days and therefore the prescription was $50 more. My son paid the balance because he didn't know any better; however, the RXM (Crystal) can only explain that it's 33.3 days of insulin and that it's been entered incorrectly all these years and it has to be done this way because they might get audited and get in trouble. I WAS CHARGED TWICE AS MUCH AS I TYPICALLY PAY FOR HIS MONTHLY INSULIN FOR JUST 3.3 DAYS!
Desired outcome: I would like a $50 refund or credit towards my next prescription should I choose to stay with Walgreens.
