DermaLiv review: They haven't delivered the order and didn't return my money back

I bought samples from the company www.dermaliv.com. I placed the order several weeks ago. I still haven’t received my order. I contacted the rep, who told me that the order has been sent, so I needed to be more patient. I waited too much, so I called them again and asked to provide my money back, but the rep refused and told to wait for the order. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.
