My son is prescribed dupixent 300 mg that is to be given every two weeks. Every month I click order on the app and then i'll get a call saying "delayed" then on the app it'll say prescription stopped. When I call them they tell me a different excuse all the time. "Manufacturer change" " no prior auth" "Need more information" or some sort of excuse. I can never recieve the medication without a argument . Last month it took 14 hours in 3 days to get his medication and it was delayed a day due to this! This month I am now 2 days away from injection and 3 excuses later and still no medication. I asked if i could talk to "higher ups" that I have filed multiple grievences and obviously its getting no where and Ive been promised by management that they will monitor and keep an eye on my account to make sure this doesnt happen again and it happens month after month. When I asked if i could call corporate they say they dont have one. Theres no higher ups they say besides team leads and team managment. They delay my sons care more so then not and they are not effectively allowing me to manage my sons treatment plan.

Hey, since you’re repeatedly facing issues with Accredo Health Group, consider documenting every interaction you have with them. You might also want to reach out directly to your son’s healthcare provider to explain the recurring issues. Sometimes, they can intervene or possibly suggest an alternative pharmacy or solution. If that doesn't resolve the problem, consider escalating your complaint through a healthcare oversight agency or a patient advocacy group that can provide guidance and support in dealing with pharmacy service issues.
