My Family and I had Gotten bad Service ordering a Pizza that after 30 min the guy has no idea about it so they made me wait for another 20 min also i bought two strawberry sundaes and the guy with name of Jose made them so bad that i had to return them 2 times because the strawberry was falling out of the cup is this the kinda service we have to pay?
Im sorry but for Costco doesn't need these kinda complains because Costco its a great Store with Great service i hope you guys will fix that

Costco cashier's customer service

I had my gift card in my husband's wallet and asked my husband to hand me my gift card. The employee (obtained OP# 41 Name: Hardaway off of the receipt) who checked me out was rude and attempted to argue with me regarding my card. I advised the employee that it was a gift card and it did not have a name on it and he called me a liar and stated that I did not tell him that it was a gift card. I know they are supposed to be checking go IDs whenever a person is using a card. However, my problem lies with the way he spoke to me as if I was not a valued customer. I visit this location frequently and I have never received the amount of disrespect I received this day.

Costco cashier and exit

Today I went to cypress location #748
Member # [protected] I was double charged for an item by cashier Chris T. I didn't realize I was double charged till I was half way to my car after reviewing my receipt. The lady that reviews my reciept as I exited didn't notice either. So I had to turn back around and wait in a long return line. I was finally refunded for the item I was double charged for. I started walking away with my very unpatient toddler and the lady that refunded me stopped me and said "sorry the item that was refunded was on coupon for $5 less, I refunded you too much, you owe me $5" seriously!? So I had to walk back over and give her $5 back. This whole inconvenience took a good 20minutes out of my day. I'm very upset with the customer service today

Costco hp all in one computer issue

I purchased the HP 23" ALL in one computer from Costco and have had nothing but problems.

I have returned it three times. Now it is not working again and COSTCO will not provide a refund because it is NOW out of warranty.

In addition, I purchased this computer with at Costco AMEX which extended my warranty by one year.

None of this matters to COSTCO.

I have been a member for over 23 years.

When I asked the representative how much have I sent since becoming a member they said over $76k.

I would hate for COSTCO to loose me as a customer.

Please help me COSTCO.

Costco tire service

On 12/12/2016 we bought 4 tires - (Bridgestones) total-$667 on our car-2008 tsx, those tire had 75000 miles warranty on it, and we paid the road harzrd on those tires.
On 4/2/2017 7:30am, the car had a flat tire & it is 8 miles away from costco, we had to put a can of fix-a-flat on the tire inorder to drive to costco to get it repair. We brought the car - 2008 tsx in costco tire center @8am & told the tire representative about it& he told us will take 3-4 hours for one flat tire repair.
At 10:20am, costco call & told us they cannot repair the tire for we put in the fix-a-tire can that filled the holes with chemicals. That void the warranty and they won’t repair it. Even that tire bought from costco less than 3 months and only had 2200 miles on it.
They would only had to remove that flat tire and put in the compact tire.
We argued but no effect, complaint to another manager and the manager is better and negotiate with the tire dept and get ½ price off to replace a new tire for it. So we had to pay $82.95 + tax=$ 92.25 for one tire replace.
After we came home and think about it, we find some suspicions ;
I have been driving for 35 years and I have been flat tires 4 times for last 20 years, and had used 3 times on those fix-a flat can to inflate the flat tire so it can drove to any tire center to get repair. I remember I have done twice to drove to costco center in sacarmento on [protected] and both inciidents had no problems, they fixed my flat tires with those chemical with no complaints and no charge because those tires bought from costco and still under warranty. And other incident on 2009 I had flkat tire with the fix-a flat can chemical in it, I bring the car just to gas station and get it fix for $20 for I didn’t want to wait for 3-4 hours at costco.
So there was no reason while other costco tire center and other gas station to able to repait the flat tire, but not this costco tire center at south san francisco-colma store.
Ther are no wriiten policy from costco that one cannot use those fix-a flat can on flat tires & will void the warranty. So I think costco just fabricate the story that it is not repairable, even they told me it had 2 holes on the tire, not on the sidewall.
So I will file complaints to better business bureau vs costco and hope to get back my $ 92.25 for the tire that should be able to repair with no charge.

So there was no reason while other Costco tire center and other gas station to able to repait the flat tire, but not this Costco tire center at South San Francisco-Colma store.
Ther are no wriiten policy from Costco that one cannot use those fix-a flat can on flat tires & will void the warranty. So I think Costco just fabricate the story that it is not repairable, even they told me it had 2 holes on the tire, and those 2 holes are not on the sidewall.
So I will file complaints to better business bureau vs Costco and hope to get back my $ 92.25 for the tire that should be able to repair.

Costco staff unethical behavior

On April 1, 2017 Saturday at 11:25 a.m., at the City of Industry Costco, I was humiliated by your Costco staff - Yvette at checkout. I felt being discriminated by her action. Yvette was the staff assistanting the cashier to put items away. Every other customer exit the same aisle, but she made me turn around and made me exit down several aisle further away from exit at where I was lined up at checkout, and my husband and I already paid. I have to walk through against the crowds with my infant on a busy day in the store. And while doing so, my shopping cart touched hers because there is no room, and she gave me an attitude. I never felt so humiliated and discriminated because I look Asian. Everyone else exit the same way but she treated me differently. She treated me as if I do not know English, I felt discriminated and am very upset, disappointed at Costco hiring such staff that affect the brand image. As a customer who shop all the time at Costco, I am very disappointed at Yvette. I demand a written letter from her to apologize for her misbehavior toward my husband and myself, or I will file a lawsuit for my emotional damage. Thank You.

Costco optical, poor quality glasses frame

I have purchased my eyeglasses for many years at costco, it has been always a good experience, good quality and of course good prices. Unfortunately my last pair of eyeglasses have nothing but poor quality, within less than a year my glasses temple broke, the frame was replaced, and again the frame broke in the same place, within a 3 to 4 month.
I went back to costco and address the problem with the frame being faulty, or poor quality this time they refuse to replace the frame since it was out of warranty from the original date of purchase.    I spoke with the manager  and explain to her that the frame had been replaced and this new frame was 3 to 4 months new, and she claim that the warranty was from the purchase date, I original purchase this Escada designer frame made in Italy thinking it was a good quality frame, or at least better made than Chinese since they are famously known to make low quality products,   to my surprise it's been the worse frame I ever purchased
I am retired and live on a fix income,   and making another $300.00 dollar  purchase is not easy for me.  I believe my frame or glasses should be replaced base on the information I have provided which is a faulty frame.  I BEEN A COSTCO MEMBER, CONSUMER FOR MANY MANY YEARS.

Costco customer service at food counter

On 3/29/17 I went to the Kirkland Costco location (8629 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA) and went to the food counter to order a pizza. David told me it's a 35 minutes wait for one. I asked if I could purchase multiple slices to create a whole pizza since I was on a time crunch. David stated he would have to charge me single slice price. Ok I'll take six slices please. David handed me six plates stacked one on top of the other of hot greasy pizza; the leaning tower of pizza if you will. When I asked if he could put them in a box or possible a bag since the tower looked like it was going to toppled in my car during transportation David stated he could not give me a box. Guys common! You probably make at least ten bales of crushed cardboard a day at this store and the six slices cost more than a single pizza does and still a box is too much to ask for? I told David it was bad customer service, but he didn't appear to care much. The pizza toppings were smushed and the crust soggy at arrival.

Taylor B. and Dianne Both of them could not have been more ruder to myself and my children. They clearly do not like or want their jobs. I did talk to a manager who was very nice to use. However, this is why I drive 45 mins out of our way to go to the parker store. I would have gone to the Parker store today if it was not for my car having issues. From here on out I will go to Kings if I can't go to the Parker store. I will never go to the store in Aurora again. It's just to worth the pain of ppl like Taylor B. and Dianne. My children do not need to see that kind of behavior. They are so unprofessional, they seemed like everything they had to do was with disgust. Are they overworked? Underpaid? What could cuz someone else to treat customers is such a disrespectful way in front of children? After someone else came up to us to help us bc Taylor B walked away after yelling and being very inappropriate Dianna clearly felt bad for her behavior. She seemed to know she had instigated Taylor's behavior like they were feeding off of each other.

Costco debit card transactions

I got gas at your facility in Hawthorne, CA. Later An alert came up that my card had been declined for the amount of $100. This was very disturbing for two reasons.
1. The amount of gasoline I purchased was below $100
2. There was no reason given for my card being declined.

I had to immediately contact my bank to find out if someone had drained my bank account and then Costco.

Costco explained to me that they always hold $100 from bank accounts when using debit cards for gas. Is this a national policy? It caused me considerable trouble.

Also, when I tried to explain what had happened, the Costco representative wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. I would have liked to confirm that we were on the same page regarding what had happened and why.

I had a very poor experience. Even if your actions are not illegal, they certainly show poor judgment in terms of good customer service. When I purchase products at Costco, do you automatically hold $100 from my bank account as well? Can you please explain the process to me

Costco very berry smoothie

You got rid of the berry smoothie for $1.45 and upgraded it to some piece of ### smoothie for three dollars. Not ok. My wife and I would come here at least three or four times a month, we are no longer going to be coming unless you bring it back. I know this probably is nothing to you guys because you are a huge ### corporation, but it is still ridiculous. The small people need the little things, and you took that away from me.

Costco costco iwilei tire department

ON Sunday March 26 I went to get a flat repaired. My spare was old and I was happy that I made it to Costco Iwilei. They told me they were extra busy and would need to ask permission to work on my tire. I told them I understood, as I knew that this particular tire store was always jammed. So I told them I would take a chance and drive out to Costco Hawaii-kai where I did get all my four new tires from and I knew they were not so busy. I stayed off the freeway as I didn't want to take a chance of my old tire failing, and was relieved when I made it. But then I was told they didn't have the right tire size tire as my flat was beyond repair, so I was once again in a bind. It was Sunday and I knew most other tire companies were closed and I still felt surely Costco people wouldn't leave me hanging once the heard my ordeal. After all it was just one flat tire! They finally agreed to do the job after lots of pleading on my part even to a point of agreeing to purchase a whole new set of tires.
Conclusion: It is my belief that the "little" Costco Tire shop in Iwilei is not capable of handling and lack the professional leadership required in handling all the services required of a tire company. Especially if selling tires is important part of their business. They need to either hire more employees, expand business hours or expand their work area. I took me 6 hours of waiting and driving around to finally get my flat tire fix. I do think that's excessive. There's also a huge problem with tire fumes in the waiting area and employee working area. Please do something about that too!

Costco marketing event for our open enrollment - ada s. mckinley community services, inc.

I'm the human resources director for ada s. mckinley community services, inc. I scheduled an marketing event for our company open enrollment. I reached out to the location nearest to our agency, 1430 s. ashland ave., chicago, il. 60608. esther was the marketing representative, that I worked with to schedule our event. she confirmed that there will be a representative at all four (4) of our company events. on the first day of our scheduled event, I called the location to see if a representative was on their way. since, our event began at 10am/cst. I called at 9:45am/cst to confirm attendance. I was told by a representative at that location that the marketing reps were on their way to our function. around 10:15am, I received a call from esther's stating their was a mix-up in the scheduled days and a reps would not be attending our event. her response to me was very abrupt and unprofessional without a resolution. her manager, niesha called to apologize for her behavior and to see if she could schedule other reps to attend our event. unfortunately, she was unable to get someone to replace esther or the other marketing reps. due to esther's unprofessional ism our executive team decided against having costco as a vendor at our event. we do not want our employees to be treated in that way by our vendors. this was a very disappointing experience because our employees were looking forward in learning more about your membership program and signing up to receive the benefits. as a first impression of working w/costco, I was not satisfied and will consider other competitors. as of today, march 27, 2017, 3-weeks after our event, I received a call from another marketing representative, mr. chris ulrich to follow-up to a voice-mail message that I left when I originally wanted a representative to come for our open enrollment sessions. this demonstrates another lack of due diligence on the part of your employees. I am sure that obtaining new business is vital to your organization, so I encourage you to speak w/your staff about building relationships based on professionalism, follow-up and execution. potential members very disappointed!

Costco contract salesmen

I patron the Twin Falls Costco regularly. There are third party salesmen in the warehouse who hock their wares. The wireless salesmen are respectful and only speak to you when you approach them. However, there is now a DirectTV salesman. Every single time I come into the warehouse he stand near the TVs and asks if I want to hear about their services. If I wanted to I would approach him. I find it obnoxious every time I enter the store to be confronted by this individual and have to say not interested every single time. If I have to get something simple I would rather go to another store than to be bothered by the salesman every time I go in. Please change your policy on allowing these salesmen to approach every customer that enters your warehouse. It makes me reconsider renewing my membership. Thank you for your consideration.

Costco unethical behaviour - denied for services

Hi
i'm Executive Member of Costco since 2014 and buy almost all the day to day required product of my Need from Costco and promoting costco everywhere.

1st March 2017, I called Costco Cust care for Auto Insurance and they provided me the Quotes. They asked me few questions and I responded accordingly.

I got the application latter and the Quote was different which was discussed and provided in the email. I called them and told this to them.

They verified in the system and Later they denied me to provide the Auto insurance and Said your wife is in INDIA and they cant provide me the Auto insurance. they said the agent updated the false information in their system to whom you talked previously. I clarified again but simply denied and said they cant do any thing.

That was the very in-appropriate behavior and was Bad customer experience.

I request you to look into this matter ASAP. I'm looking for Auto insurance from Costco and if you guys are not able to provide, I might cancel my Costco membership.

Costco kirkland water

I am severely disappointed in the water I have bought in the last 3 months at the Decatur and 215 store in Las Vegas, Nevada. Every 40 pack I get now has at least 4 bottles that have leaks. Because of the way that they are packaged, you cannot tell until you get them home. We have always gotten one occasionally that has sprung a leak, but I notice an increase in leaky bottles as of late. I don't know if it is who is handling them at the warehouse we visit or the warehouse that they are coming from. I am ready to buy my water else ware. This may not seem like much, but because we live in Las Vegas, we go through three 40 packs a week and probably five 40 packs a week in the hotter months. So losing product that I paid for and am not getting, adds up. Because of the times that we are living in today, people poisoning products, if it has a leak, we must throw it away. Safety first. Costco tires ordered and not received, poor customer service

Today is Friday, March 24th, 2017. I am requesting a full refund for 4 tires I paid for and never received. I ordered them for my daughter Meghan Bella her membership # [protected]. We originally ordered 4 tires on Feb 17, 2017 at the Kapolei, HI store. The guy who helped us said there was one tire in stock, well we needed four tires. He said he can order 4 tires and should arrive in 7 to 10 days... so 3 weeks later on March 9th, 2017 Meghan had not received the tires. After dealing with her tire losing air daily and not receiving a call from Costco, she went to the store on March 15th, 2017 she was told only one tire has been ordered and was in the store. She desperatly needed a tire so she took the one tire and the customer service rep told her he had to re-order three more tires for her, telling her they would be delivered via UPS in about 5 days. On March 19, 2017, I ask her again about the tires, she called Costco and was told they were not in yet. On March 21st, 2017 while she is on her way to work at 8pm, because she works nights, she had a blow out on the freeway. Here it is March 24th, 2017, still no tires and now we are desperate for tires, we have to go to a local tire dealer in Waipahu, Hawaii who luckily had all four tires in stock, we spent more $$ because she was desperate for tires. My daughter called Costco again while she sat along the freeway asking for the ETA, the man that answered put her on hold for 5 minutes before he came back and said he did not know when the tires would be in. She said the man did not ask for her name, her membership # nor the order #... what kind of customer service is that? A ### one! I have been a costco member for about 17 years and I recommended the membership to my daughter, so on February 17th, she became an executive member because my friend and I told her her rewards for the 749.00 tire purchase would pay for her executive membership. I am extremely upset with the way the Costo Tire center has treated us. This incident has caused us stress and anxiety. I would like a call back because I want a full refund to my credit card. Costco green grocery celery

Costco carries a great variety of lettuce, celery etc.

Last year my costco (Fairfax va) carried a multi pack of celery bunches.
This year some efficiency expert has switched to pre-trimmed celery sticks.

When celery is cut it begins to leak and rot at the ends, and a quick look at any package (Even the freshest) will show brown, beginning to rot ends, at both ends. After trimming these at home, there is not much left.

Please switch back to actual bunches of celery. They are a bit larger to ship but are better than the rot which is on the shelves now.

Costco Complaint against driver Steven Guerra Hawthorne Ca Branch

Date of Accident is March 9, 2017
Accident occurred on Prairie Avenue near 120th street in Hawthorne Ca

There was a traffic jam on Prairie Avenue. I was in the middle lane, the driver was in the left lane, the right lane was also congested with drivers trying to get into the middle lane because there were parked cars in that lane. There was a stalled car in small intersection. Part of the back of the car was in the left lane. So cars in that lane did not have come all of the way into the middle to avoid it but given the size of the Costco truck it had to use all of the middle lane to avoid the stalled car. The problem with that is I was already on the side of the Costco truck so he had no room to get over but did anyway. He first hit my door then hit my driver side mirror. Other drivers were blowing their horns to get him to stop because after he hit my door hit kept going until I guess he finally realized he had hit me then he proceeded and asked me to pull over. He got out of the truck and apologized for hitting me and asked me if my 6 year old daughter was ok because she was crying. We exchanged information, I did not call the police to file a report because we both had insurance information and we both knew it was his faulty. I am EXTREMELY angry that he would lie and give false information to basically save his butt. I have pictures to prove he damaged my car. I am not willing to pay any deductibles to get my mirror fixed that would cost at least $600.00 to repair. I find it absolutely disgusting that your insurance agency would outright tell me that they would automatically take the driver's side first. I would like my car repaired. I would like Mr. Steven Guerra spoken to and advised that I have filed a complaint against him. If I have to get a lawyer involved it would cost a lot more than repairs but I will do what I need to do. I've always respected the products that Costco carries and think you are one of the best companies out there but some of your employees need to exercise some integrity. I have had my car since 2003 with no accidents until your employee runs into my car and tears my mirror off. Ask yourself if I hit his truck, as he says, why is the first point of contact on my driver side door. He is a liar and this needs to be dealt with or I'm getting legal representation. Costco customer service counter

I shop at Costco about twice a week and sometimes I need to make a return, I always have an issue with one of the CSR short changing me. It's happened multiple times now with the same person! She uses a form of distraction by trying to talk you out of the return or complementing you while she's processing the return and then gives you your change expecting you not to check it. I was recently there and was short changed by $10.00... the time before that it was $30.00. This is considered stealing from customers and it should not be allowed! I'm not the only one that has encountered this problem at this particular store.
