Reported fault of nothing beyond power on , to the technical support in Florida ( Kori ) on 31 July at 12.05 .Did a few checks with him without resolving service nos [protected]
Then transferred to Lenovo UK under case [protected] ( Amir ) . I provided all details but ‘ to update warranty VAT invoice or order receipt required ‘ .
I’ve provided an order copy from my on line account which a Costco operative assured me was sufficient for Lenovo ( Basingstoke)and a printed copy from the Watford Costco store . Have requested update twice and here I am 3 days later with apparently no chance of a resolution .

Adding employee card
Our company ordered an employee card in May. Citi bank lost the card twice and had to reorder. When they finally fedx'd the card they only listed the Employee on the mailing envelope and not the company. The mail service did not recognize this and returned the card for the 4th time. It took the FEDX people to realize this so that we could understand what was happening and not once did the SUPERVISORs at Citibank-Costco have this knowledge. It is beyond me why a company card would not list the company name on the envelope. It is now AUGUST and we STILL DO NOT HAVE A CARD! The customer service folks are clueless and the Supervisor's cant handle anything appropriately. Not to mention we have had to interrupt the president of our company 4 times for authorization which clearly has been done and should not hinder the request. Costco needs a more efficient credit card service!
Desired outcome: Policy change for business(es) to receive their mail appropriately and better authorization notes so that our company is not constantly disrupted by THEIR mistakes!!
Tire Service
Hello. My name is Magdy Mohamed and I have been a Costco Member for many many years now. I go to the Lawerence location in New York. I had an appointment to get my tires done on 7/20/23 at 530 pm. I make it to my appointment on time and there’s only 1 car inside the shop that’s being worked on, and then mine. From 530pm, I end up getting home at 830pm. The workers took over 2 hours to change tires on my car. Why? Instead of prioritizing the customer and getting the job done, they were standing around talking, on their phones, socializing, having absolutely no consideration for how long I’ve been waiting. This is uncalled for and I will definitely not be returning.

There were 2 incidents where the checkout guy by the door would start twerking before checking my receipt and many more unfortunate incidents at the place where I shop. I am almost 60 and the person/persons just smirked . I do not expect Costco to resolve employee issues so I have this solution ...
I have read so many complaints regarding rude customer service ,or unhappy employee at work trying to provoke an unsuspecting customer. There are nice people working at Costco though . Bad and good apples combined.
From my observation, bad behavior will be minimized if they noticed you have your phone in your hand. Rude interaction can always be recorded, sent to Costco or uploaded online as proof. Have your phone out until you are outside of Costco. I hope this helps customers who are just there to shop.

I applied for a Costco Citi card so as to pay for an air conditioner we got through Costco. The air conditioner was $7048 and my credit limit was $7000 so the transaction was denied. I called and was denied a $50 balance increase even though I have excellent credit. The next option given to me was to have them charge $7000 wait until it clears and then pay it down, which I did with a $2000 transfer from my checking which cleared my account. After you took the $2000 from my account leaving me a balance of $5500 you refused to allow the charge of $48. I was told my funds were on hold until July 5th even though you already had my funds for over a week. I used another card to charge the $48. I will pay off the card next week and then I plan on canceling 2 Citi card accounts that I have. I have never had such a hard time with a credit card company

On May 31st 2023 I was approached by an employee of Costco as I was loading items in my vehicle in the parking lot of Costco on Bardstown Rd in Louisville, Kentucky. This person started insulting me due to a sticker on my vehicle that they didn't agree with and continued to call me a nazi, bigot, racist, loser and they threatened to key my vehicle simply because I had an anti Joe Biden sticker. I spoke with the Manager Larry (A Black Gentleman) who said he will address the issue and apologized so I left but felt very uncomfortable about my continuing patronage of this store. I never received a call back as they took my information at the time of the incident to explain what measures were taken. I recently went back to the store to find this person still working there, so obviously nothing had been done to protect other customers from this irrational behavior of this person named Lindsay. I was willing to let this go with the understanding that this person was disciplined and removed from this location but obviously that is not the case, I would like some resolve in this situation. Cashier treated me as a thief. I am afraid of going back to Costco
I shop Costco every week. I usually buy one or two box/es of vine tomato. Today I picked two boxes and went to a cashier to pay. Cashier took out four loose tomatoes from two boxes and treated me as a thief. He said all tomato should attached to vine. Any loose tomato in the box consider stealing. Two managers are involved and I ended up not buying tomato. I bought many boxes of tomato from same Costco. I usually saw one or more loose tomato. I did not touch tomato. I did not move tomato from one box to another. I never did. I just picked the boxes. It was how Lakewood Costco package them. Why do I have to endure those embarrassment and waste of my time? I ordered a 20kg bag of Sifto Water softner salt this month at a cost of $25.99. My husband usually purchases this for our machine but Kent were out of stock. I just received my order June 12. My husband was outraged when he found out what you charged. I did research on line and found that Canadian Tire offers the same product at $8.29 per bag. Kent charges $7.99 per bag. Costco charged 3 times the amount, which is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope this was an error on your part in pricing. Supposedly membership fees are supposed to keep your products lower.

My daughter EBT card was scammed
In 6/1 I took my daughter she is a student and she has become a new member of Costco to save money and to learn to shop at the Costco in Tustin ca. And after few days she find out her EBT card was scammed and all money she has was with withdrawn after that SHOpping and money was stoned from Florida she has $4.00 left that is all
She called and reported the card and I called and spoke with a manager name Jose and he said is nothing g to do with them. The only way that they could of used scamming if is date beige or they token the information. This has to do with Costco security right?

I ordered a refrigerator from Costco. Order Number is [protected]. This whole order has been screwed up. It was ordered on the 26th of April and showed that it shipped that same day. After 9 days, I called Costco about the order. They didn't understand why it was not scheduled for delivery. So, they scheduled it for delivery on the 8th of May. I rearranged my schedule to be home. However, on the 8th, I was told that the carrier, RXO, didn't even have the product and it would not be delivered. Again, I called, and Costco didn't understand, saw that it had been scheduled, and then elevated this issue to tier 2. This time I was told that it would be another week out. Today, I talked to RXO about the delivery because I received a text message from them that day. I was told that they only deliver on Tuesdays and the 16th was already booked. The earliest they could schedule it was the 23rd when I’m not available. So, now it is scheduled for the 30th of May. Over a month to get a refrigerator from Seattle. I could drive there in 10 hours.
Obviously, I ordered this replacement refrigerator because I didn't need it anytime soon.
I'm pretty disgusted with the service I've received.
We had the very same issue with RXO. We live in rural Montana and were never advised that delivery could take a month or more for a 55" TV! No one at RXO who could resolve the issue, just and endless stream of inaccurate texts that claimed they had spoken with us and set a delivery date. They had not.
Surely Costco knows where we are located when we purchase a product online and could/should advise us that it's going to be 4-6 weeks until we see the product. We live an 90 minutes from a Costco and would have driven there and picked it up if it were sent to the store. RXO Delivery has a terrible rep. Why Costco ever changed their delivery service from what it used to be is a mystery!
Flooring and installation
In early April 2022, we contact Costco through their Shaw Premier Flooring Program. We wanted to replace all of the carpeted flooring in our home. Costco sent out a representative MinH T. Van. Discussions culminated after a couple of weeks, and we signed a Product Purchase Order in the amount of $11,519.00. $7,865.00 was for 1752 sq./ft. of carpeting and 213 sq./ft. of hardwood flooring for our home office area.
Flooring material installation was included in the contract and subcontracted via Costco to My Flooring America in the amount of $3,654.00 for the installation of carpet and hardwood flooring. Installation was to begin the first week of May, occurring over a three-day period. We were asked to pay in full before installation could commence, so we complied.
On the day the installation began, the installers completed the installation of carpeting on the first floor, excluding the first-floor closet, and carpeted the stairs leading up to the second floor.
At the end of the first day of installation, the carpet installers ask if they could lead the balance of their carpeting material in our garage till they came back, for which I assumed would be the next day. I agreed, and the installation crew unloaded all of their material into our garage, which left no room for me to walk into the garage without walking over the flooring to be installed.
That was the last day that we saw the installers. Over the intervening 31/2 months, they never returned. I was only able to speak on the phone with the installation supervisor once in July of 2022, and he could not give me a firm date for the completion of the project installation.
In an effort to resolve this issue, I communicated with seven different Costco representatives. Between May 2022 and November 2022, I spoke with Salema, Amanda, Lena, Sasha, Eddie, Leo, Keandra R, and lastly, Connor Cox, with whom I tried to negotiate a fair solution.
With Connor, I offered to pay for the carpeting that was completed, but a return of the balance of Connors Cox counter was to refund $2,144.33, only 18 ½ percent ($9374.67 of what we paid out. Retaining $9,374.67 for work not done and material not completely delivered.
After 7 months of delay, our home having disrupted, we expressed our dissatisfaction with the lack of progress on the contract; we ask Costco’s fulfillment department to have their subcontractor come out and remove the flooring material that was delivered that clogged our garage, that had survived all summer in 100-degree heat and chemical smells in our garage be removed.
We also asked that the balance of flooring that had not been delivered, the hardwood flooring, not be delivered and that we be refunded our payment minus the cost of the carpeting that had been installed.
We deemed that Costco had failed to perform its obligation as reasonably expected and that we could no longer have our home disrupted and our business inconvenienced any longer. That we had given Costco more than reasonable time to perform on its contract as promised, three days of installation.
Halfway through this installation process, the salesman, Minh T. Van, came out to check the status of the installation. He observed the now contaminated carpeting and agreed that the installation process was unacceptable. The next day, Minh brought out another installer. The new installer assessed the project and said that he would overnight put together an installation completion plan, return and complete the installation. We never heard from that installer again.
We informed Minh T. Van, and he promised to do something about the installation, but he then never returned or communicated.
We continued conversations with Costco fulfillment representatives, but in the end, the contract was never completed. Our home is still inconvenienced with our goods packed in boxes because it makes no sense to unpack and then have to repack when we get another flooring contractor. And at 77 and 78 years of age, my wife and I are in no shape to perform the double packing and unpacking and the double cost of employing others to do it for us.
In summary, we paid in full for the flooring to be installed, and we gave Costco more than adequate time to complete the installation flooring installation. The flooring was never completed, and Costco kept all our money.

Working at club demonstration services employee accuse me of raising my voice complaint directly to manager on floor at costco before this complaint at check out or leaving costco supposedly woman accuse me of raising my voice or it was mike I heard from rebecca and I wasn't I just never knew that was requirement and was a first time I had my back checked which wasn't problem for me anyway being I had nothing illegal in my pack just uniform for work. Just putting this complaint cause I believe maybe employee lied and scared she was gona get in trouble and all I did was go to office after bag was checked to find out if that was really a requirement being that I been working here for 5 months. So now she try to say I was getting loud and that's not true just said fine ok but right after I have to check the office about this rule. And that's what I did and since then been following the rule. So my complaint is sure just don't need anyone accusing me of stuff cause could be a form of discrimination against another accusing me against my race or accusing me of stealing or being un professional.

Yes this woman Rebecca is nasty with a bad attitude. Edison Costco employees treat certain ethnic groups so bad. Its because they are very jealous of spending power and professional success of certain races. Certainly the races that were subjected to mistreatment at this place are the reason for their employment( Costco employees)

New thing is to have someone surfing up and down the queue and asking for Member cards.
You can't check out without using the ID. Why do this? It is annoying and a waste of time. The employee can barely speak English too. Why not hire English speakers?
