Erroneous booking refund

I made train reservations through who I thought was Amtrak. It was in fact, Fly Away Travels. Someone there (my POC was "Marty"), refunded the tickets I WAS TRAVELING ON and I was subsequently put off the train to New Mexico in Cleveland, Ohio at 3:00 a.m. I was terrified. I was left in a dark parking lot outside the terminal and told to wait outside...
