poor customer service
I order from pizza hut once it three times a week. Have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I have even worked for pizza hut on several different occasions. I have been ordering the same meal online for the past 6 months. After we place the order we call in and ask for the wings to be divided half and half. There has been no problem at all. I always tip the drivers well. Have always been polite to the staff and the staff has always been polite to me. So today 11-12-2017 we place our order online and then call in. The server that answered said her name was wendy and seemed very rude on the phone. As i explained to her our order and asked her if she could divide the wings half and half she rudely said. ( no I am not doing that.) She didn't say sorry i can not do that. Or I am not allowed to do that. She was very rude and the tone in her voice she sounded very angry. So i said to her oh. Well they do it every week. I havent had any issues before. She replied with (well im not doing it.) I then asked why not and that's when she again rudely said. (Because i can get fired for doing that) so instead of cancelking my order and giving her attitude back I just went ahead and, ordered a second order of wings. However if Pizza Hut is hurting for money and can not provide me with half hit wings and half bbq wings in an order and charge me an additional .99 cents to provide me with customer service. I should not have to pay to get service. If this happens again ill take, my business elsewhere. I spend 80 to 120 dollars a week at pizza hut in Uhruchsville, Ohio 44683. I feel that i should receive better customer service then a, rude angry woman and then tell me, she will get fired if she gives me, half hit wings and half bbq wings. I feel this needs to be addressed and taken care of before Pizza Hut loses anymore business.
pizza hut greenville, highway 82 location failed to deliver order
On Friday, November 10, 2017 at 5:15 p.m. I called and placed an order for a large hand tossed beef pizza with extra cheese and 8 honey BBQ wings. The order was completed at 5:19 pm. with delivery time stated as being 30 minutes. No delivery person ever arrived. Four hours later at 9:19 p.m. a lady called, and stated "This is Pizza Hut. Did you place an order earlier? Did you receive it?". I told her I placed an order and never received it. She replied, "Ok. Thanks." No one offered a free replacement of my order for the lack of delivery or anything. I have never experienced this type of service from this location before.

pizza, not what ordered, doesn't taste good
Ordere 3 med. pizzas pepperoni lovers. They were far from pepperoni lovers, probably plain pepperoni. We order all the time and a few times I had to call and complain like one being delivered upside down and one being with greese coming through the boxes and one hard as a rock. So this time I thought I would complain to you. A lot of times we get good pizza from there so that's why we keep ordering and having it delivered. I think it might just be certain individuals cause it's not all the time
not being delivered my order or even telling me it has been canceled.
I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter of pop. I paid with my credit card, it was to be delivered at 7:35pm. I called around 8:15 after numerous hang ups and disconnections, finally I was told my order had been canceled because one of there drivers got maced and they were no longer delivering orders. I was told I could come and pick my order up it I wanted to, but it wasn't even ready. My money was taken off my card and I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days before I get my refund. I was extremely hungry and was expecting my order. They never even called me to say my order had been canceled! Extremely disappointed in Shaker Heights, Ohio!

On nov.11 around 5pm.i called pizza hut at park row and collins.in Arlington texas. 76010.and I ordered 2 medium.side pizzas a order of wings.and 2 litter pepsi.i showed up the place.and paid for my order.around 25 and cents.dollars.it past like 1 hour.and I ask the cahier.if my order was almost done.and she told me that an employee had dropped one of the pizzas.and it was gonna be 5mns.for the other pizza.to be ready.and 45 mins. Went by.and I was gonna asked.the female cahier.for my order.and she was really rude.and told that she was gonna refund my money.back to my credit card. So I waste almost.1.30 hour.of my time.with no pizza.and really bad costumer.service.she was a Caucasian lady
Around 40 to 50 years.old.she was really ugly.and she was talking about her personal life to other.costumer.about she had a car wreck a day before.im really upset.cause.i ended up.with.no dinner for my kids.and I'm still waiting. For my refund.to get back to my account. I would never.never.go back.to pizza hut.again.
drive through
I do not know who built this location but why would you make a drive through that you can not get out of. I have currently been waiting 10 minutes behind a car whose pizza must not be done yet. Mine was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago, but I cannot back up or drive around them because of the way this is designed. I do not know why your employees wpukd not have the person drive back around instead of holding everyone else up.
50% off deal
Though advertised no coupon needed to get 50% off if ordered online it would not work. Called the local store on DIXIE highway louisville KY and was told they had no control over it and should call complaint hotline. Asked if I️ could be connected and was told no. Once I️ called the complaint hotline waited so long I️ hung up and called another pizza place. Result. Lost sales to Pizza Hut. Pitiful.

We are a regular Pizza Hut customers we buy it once a week and also for birthday parties and office. This time I️ was very dissatisfied and disappointed. We took an order to go two large pizzas one plain cheese and veg . Especially told them no meat as we are vegetarians. When we went home the pizzas had pepperoni they got my order confused with someone else and I️ couldn't go back as it was freezing outside. Definitely want this to be corrected and would like my refund.
traditional wings
I ordered 12 traditional wings on 11/10/17 from store # 013731 . The wings were not cooked all the way through. They were still pink inside. When I called them back to let them know they told me the manager was not there and to call back today 11/11/17. I called today at approximately 12 Noon and spoke with Steve the manager. He was very very rude and disrespectful. Steve told me it is impossible for the wings to be under cooked because they come pre-cooked. So i said apparently the pre-cooking for these particular wings didn't go well becuase they were not done. Steve asked me if i still had the wings and i told him know i through them away. He said well how do I know theu were not done. So i said, first of all you said its impossible for them to be under cooked now you are implying that I'm lying to get free wings. He started talking over in a rude and disrespectful manner and hung up on me. So Steve is the type of employee you want representing your company? He needs to find another line of work becuase he is clearly not cut out to work with the public. I just wanted another order of properly cooked wings. Now I want my money back and will never be patronizing any Pizza Hut from here on out.

I have order delivery two nights in a row for my 83 yr old mother I called at 540 yesterday order 2 med pizza Cho chip cookie as 2 liter they SD it would be there in 30 min they did not come until after 7 pm and the chocolate chip cookie was left off they SD they would get it right out at 10 pm it still was not there I called several times to get it delivered I'm sorry but this is not good service when I talked to supervisor I was hung up on and had to call several times to get it straight they offered nothing to try to make up their mistakes I doubt I will be ordering g again

Pizza Hut in Raytown MO on 67th in Raytown rd.
I asked for a employees name and she [Shay] did not give me her name, so I could make a complaint! She was rudely upset and was using profanity, I asked someone else for her name [Kat] once I got the employees name [Shay] I walked to my car! Shay came outside trying to fight me! Once she went back in to the restaurant, she was using profanity with everything she was saying! My mother was still in the restaurant! As my mother waited for her food Shay way going in about how she will beat my A** and how i don't know who I'm F******* with! I felt threaten once we was leaving the parking lot because Shay was standing by her car with her hands in her coat as if she had a gun! Pizza Hut was a family restaurant, I see that's not the case anymore! It's a death trap! If customer service is like this I don't want to deal with any customer service anymore!
hours of operation
Pizza hut in spring lake, nc closes at 12 on friday and according to the website 12 as well. I pulled up to pizza at 1038pm and the doers were locked. I went back to my car and called and the gentleman stated he thinks they close at 11. I said it's not 11 and the doors are locked. He didn't know they were locked but told me I can go to the drive through window to place an order.
If your going to run a business you should adhere to your published business hours. If you decide to close early, it should be noted on the door that your closed and why. This is poor customer service and a inconvenience to the customer. Someone should look into why this store do not stand by their policies.
It may have just been one isolated early closing. It may have been caused by an employee mistake or short-staff. Issues arise that are not always in their control.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza half supreme and half cheese prior to me leaving work to be able to just pick it up and get Home to my kids after working a 15 hr shift. The pizza was cut incorrectly. My kids are 10 and under so they only want cheese. The way it was made had more supreme toppings therefore not being enough to feed my children and the olives were hard! They offered to make me another one but I can't sit and wait another 20 minutes. I was exhausted from work. They should've offered to deliver it but they didn't. Normally the pizza is great. So very disappointed ?. They need to pay attention to the Pizza orders and realize that if you order half and half there is a good reason. Thanks,

They made a mistake and offered to correct it which was polite of them. Did you ask them if they were willing to deliver it if you paid for delivery?

In October (near the end) (don't know exact date) my husband went in to the location in Trussville Alabama. Making small talk with a employee. During the conversation she proceeded to say they do not deliver to black neighborhoods. It was in the context in which she said it in. She coukd of said they don't deliver to certain areas. As a black person I found this side eye racist and so did my husband. At the same time she opened up the Pizza for him to look at it under a leak in the roof which almost got in the Pizza if he hadn't moved it. We spend a lot of money with pizza hut as my husband likes no one else's pizza. Ive never experienced this at any other pizza hut and has made me feel some type of way about entering pizza hut. It was a woman employee who needs better training with words and how to talk to customers.

pizza order incorrect and manager of store hung up on me
I ordered 3 larges pizzas online while sitting in the store (State Bridge - Alpharetta GA). While in the store, my husband wanted to change his order so the clerk deleted one pizza and then added 2 mediums. I got my order and went home. When I got home, I realized my husbands pizza was missing the pineapples and my daughter Hawaiian was the pineapples. I have the electronic receipt of my order. I called the store and spoke to the manager (Friday 11/9/2017 @ 7:45 PM) and he basically told me it was my mistake i didn't order pineapples. I then told him my order shows the pineapples and his clerk took the other order and we told him pineapples. So if there was a mistake it was on his end. He yelled he would give me a $5 credit or I would have to come back with the pizzas, let him check It and then if he feels it is wrong, he would make It over. I am throughly disappointed at his managerial skills and how he was belligerent and unprofessional. He even cut me off as I was speaking and then hung up on me. I will NEVER deal with this Pizza Hut! I would appreciate someone from this corporation contacting me in hopes of resolving this issue and demonstrating his behavior is unexceptable.

On November 9, 2017, I placed an online order for a large Supreme pizza and Hershey's cookie from the Laurel, MD store at 13929 Baltimore Ave
Laurel, MD 20707. An hour and 20 minutes later, the pizza arrived and the box did not feel hot. I told the delivery driver. He said that the pizza was hot. Once I opened it up and sampled one slice, it was not hot at all! I immediately called the store to complain and was offered a discount on my NEXT purchase. I told her that it would not help me with my cold pizza today. She agreed and offered to send me another pizza. I accepted and asked could it be delivered quickly as a priority and she said that they could not. At the time of this email, I have been waiting an additional 80 minutes for the new pizza. I have called the store about 5 times with no answer and was placed on hold for 5 minutes with one answered call. This is completely unacceptable and I will not order from Pizza Hut again! Customer service is a lost art for them.
While it certainly shouldn't take 80+ minutes for the replacement pizza to arrive, I understand why they could not sent it out right away. They probably already had their drivers en route to different customers.

I ordered a thin crust pizza for carry out and was told it would be thirty minutes and I arrived in 25 minutes to pick it up and paid the cashier and was told it would be awhile. After another 20 minutes I went up to the counter to inquire where my pizza was in process and was completely ignored until after another 10 minutes I yelled loudly that I needed some assistance and was ignored after yelling this three times someone finally came and checked and said my pizza hadn't even been made! I asked to cancel the order and the employee went to get the manager I guess and I was left to stand and wait again and finally 55 minutes after we ordered I was told it was in the oven and did I want to wait! I was not offered any explains, nothing . I was not offered any compensation for the mistakes or wait. It was the most horrible experience. The employees were rude and oblivious to what was happening around them. I will not be buying from pics hug again

Called to order a meat lovers pizza after a long day off work on Newberry, SC and the pizza and customer service I received was unacceptable. I called at around 8:30 and received the so called pizza at 9:45. The pizza liked like it was dropped and tried to be put back together, also the driver forgot the drinks and said he had something in his car.

I had to came all the way up to order pizza for my wife and child, because i kept getting hung up on, i always order from you all never had any issues until i came to this location. one of the galls im not sure who but it was an older lady she may have been a store manager. i ask to speak with about being hung up on and she said she was too busy to help me and was very rude about it. where i was standing she didnt look too busy to fix my order. i will never order from this place again you guys are too unprofessional and very rude. im very disappointed with pizza for you guys to be so popular your customer services are janky...this is the parklane location i should of known something wasnt right when i seen two employees outside smoking right in front of the entrance where customers come to order food
