We in Tennesee are upset that so many of the Dine Inn Pizza Huts are closing We have always enjoyed taking our kids now our grandchildren to dine in and eat By far Pizza Hut has the best pizza ever and most places will only deliver within 5 miles leaving much of us to not be able to enjoy that as well and once you put a hot pizza in cardboard box and carry home it is not as good as the dine in experience wish you guys would reconsider closing the dine in locations

I manage a commercial store and order usually once a week online from the local pizza hut here.
While i do understand that delivery drivers count on tips from their customers as part of their wage, i wont tip them.
Pizza hut already charges for a delivery charge, i am not paying twice for this service as long as pizza hut charges me this fee.
So i spend anywhere between $60.00 to $100.00 a week on lunch for my employees only to be treated rudely by your driver because i didn't tip him.
This will be my last order, and coming from a location that sits empty with the exception of lunch time i would figure they cant afford to lose business. Well there goes my 60 to 100 @ week.

I have place an order through Otlob last night and it arrived late 30 mins, its ok not the problem, but I have asked for Onion free in my vegetarian pizza however it come to me with lots of Onions, placed a complaint for Otlob customer service and they replied four times that someone from Pizza Hut will call me back but in vain, and till now I am not contacted and the vegetarian pizza laying in the kitchen for someone to collect it.

I was trying to purchase a pizza online for my children. It kept showing error stating my zipcode was incorrect. I checked my account and was charged almost 50.00 ( way more than the pizza I wanted to order) 2 days later still haven't received a refund, and called customer service and they can't even do anything to help. I am beyond pissed, that's all I had for the week to get back and forth to work. I had to out a small loan, because I can't receive the money that was fraudulent charged on my account (Accident/error) IDC. Something needs to be done about this

New Year's eve I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my in-laws house at 710 Lemoine Lane Richmond VA 23236. We knew it would take a while and were completely fine with it. The pizza came and the delivery driver left very quickly, we figured she probably had many deliveries to make and went inside to open the pizza for the kids, as I have never had a bad pizza from pizza hut. I swear by Pizza Hut! The pizza was the worst thing I've ever seen. First it looked as if it had been dropped, but some of the kids were so hungry they didn't care, until we saw the middle. It was dough. No question, not grease from the cheese, it was uncooked, most likely because the store was so and backed up. I understood that too. We just wanted our money back, I didn't even have a problem bringing the pizza back to show them, or email a picture because really...it was bad. It should never have been sent out. I asked for a refund and the person I spoke with who was very polite in the beginning started excuses which I didn't have time for, send me another, or refund the money. I payed 21.00 for one pepperoni pizza. It better be good. Long story short I finally got what gee said was a 25 dollar credit, anytime I wanted pizza hut again. I wasn't thrilled but, I love pizza hut! Lol now I go home and two days later I attempt to do just that using my credit. So NOW I'm told I can't use it at any other address or any other pizza hut. I was NEVER told this. He was aware I ordered it for kids at a party, at a house that's not my own. This seem shady and totally unprofessional. I'll not be in a position to order pizza from them as I've just had surgery and won't be moving for weeks. I'd like pizza hut to live up to the expectations I have always known them for, and either credit my card back the 21.00 (tip included) or make my $25 credit usable from my pizza hut app. for my address, the affected linked to the credit card in used to purchase the pizza. Thank you for your permit attention to this matter.

I had no idea this was being posted! I just wanted someone to help me from district management or something. This one star is for this particular delivery at this particular place and time. And, It does not represent this particular restaurants service all the time or reflect on the employees there. Only New Year's eve this one time! Geez I'm sorry guys!

waiter without asking us taking the plates also
they drop the bill on table without my requesting same like they was telling us go out if u done eating but we just stay 30 mnts and not totally finish our dinner
when I complain there is no one apologies and respond they just ignore
I would like to inform I didnt expect that service from pizza hut sorry but it's worst to giving treatment to costumer I forget to take a pic of bill
