I have ordered 3 times recently from the PH in Hampton, Va.Gumwood and Mercury Blvd.Phone # [protected].The first time was for pick up.We arrived and pizza was ready.Later at home we discovered they did not put marinara on pizza, that went in the trash.We are forgiving people.We just excused it as an accident and ate left overs.But…..have since ordered and they claim they cannot find our addresse, so no food delivered.The last time was tonight...again.I had turned my phone volume down because of so many scammer calls and im ill and had been up since 100 A.M.I checked my calls because time went by with no delivery.Called and they said could not find and would not deliver but I could pick up.I cancelled and called Dominoes and got the same amount of food for $13.00 less.Ive lived in this area for 40 years and was a loyal PH customer...YOU WERE THE BEST!But ive seen so many PH restuarants close.Thought it was just a smart business decision.I was wrong.I know what the issue is.This area has been changing for some time.Youd probably be best to if you want prosper once again and have quality food to serve to vacate this whole region.So long...….

I left a number to be reach at when I place an order online for my children. I left my mother's number if they had a hard time to find the house they told me it would take about 30mins to 45mins it was over a hour and half so I called back and ask what happen they said they threw it in the trash and I ask why he told me he call my number back and no answer I ask him how many times he said once. So I said I didn't receive a call also I was at work so I left a number where u guys could reach my mom they never called her or anything so I ask could they send it back out they said they had to charge me again I ask why he said cause he threw the pizza away. Then got smart and ask did I want it or not so I ask for corporate number he said they didn't have one and hing up in my ear that was the most disrespectful thing from a restaurant that I have ever been apart of.. I was in the store located in las vegas on boulder hwy and flamingo and i already had a credit for a pan pizza cause it had no cheese on it so i went in tonight to get the credit with 2 more pans and all 3 had no CHEESE again i asked to speak to mgr he wasnt even in uniform and said he was mgr on duty and gave me a credit for 3$ i think that is really wrong they treated me that way when i spent way more then 3$ i would like a general mgr to contact me asap thank you

My friend and I ordered a large mushroom pizza with half chicken and half pepperoni last night at the kent/brady lake location in ohio. We finished the entire pizza and didn't find out till early morning that we got food poisoning and I was vomiting constantly from 3 am to 11 am. It's 9 pm now and i'm finally able to eat solids.
The management at 1715 oh-59, kent, oh 44240 is requesting that we return the pizza in question in order to get a refund for the entire pizza we vomited up last night. It's not like we knew that this pizza was going to give food poisoning until we were both asleep. So I requesting a refund to whoever can help us because that is ridiculous!

delivery driver smoking marry jane in my driveway
I come back from going to the store for groceries to find a female in my driveway smoking Marry Jane in her red car. I asked her if she was lost she said she was looking for another address. I asked her for her name and if she was out on a delivery. She said her name was Chrystal Tucker and she said yes I work for Pizza Hut in Conway close to Conway High school. I do not appreciate someone being in my driveway using illegal drugs. Someone needs to do something about it. Because for one reason I already said but when I got the information out of her then asked her to leave my property she not only got hot-headed and called me a [censored] but told me to go [censored] myself. Is this really what Pizza Hut is about drug use and profanity.

I make order and after 2 hours i called to ask they say we will be soon and I received call that order has been transfered between 3 restaurants thats why i told them normally Airport Road delivered for me but because i make a complain they pass the order to other restaurants fare

workers & overall experience
As usual everytime I go to my local Pizza Hut, I can always smell weed for miles off. I'm usually happy with my order, so I can't really complain. Recently I had a problem with my order and instead of cooperating with me, a paying customer, she refused to help. I decided to leave and go to another pizza place, although it was further away. When I was walking to my car I saw two workers out back, near where I had parked, both smoking and looking at me and laughing. Even though I try not to think anything of it, all of this really is unprofessional and I believe this issue should be addressed. I feel that workers should be drug tested before even being given a job or now is better than ever for them to be tested. I'd hate for a business to close due to loss of customers who do take situations like mine to heart. This use to be a top notch place. I hate to see what it has come to.

I order from Pizza hut frequently as Ava, MO has very limited restaurant choices. Needless to say beyond aggravated enough to write this complaint about my two recent experiences with Pizza Hut in Ava, Missouri.
Two times I ordered with wings online and both times upon ample time provided to pickup the wings were not done. I was given a, we can drop them now response but no refund or future credit was given. Really? I would understand if this restaurant is highly busy but it's not and I would understand if it happened once but it hasn't. Needless to say I think I will be ordering wings and pizza from the other place from now on. Very upset at how customer service is at this particular restaurant.
cinnamon sticks and icing
Hi, I ordered cinnamon sticks and a large pizza. The pizza was great but the cinnamon sticks were hard and the icing was watery. I called back to complain about the cinnamon sticks and was told that there was nothing they can do about it . I ordered at 10:05 that night and the store closed at 11 so I called back the next day. I asked to speak to a manager Whose name was Ariana she told me that since it was the night before there was nothing she can do about it. Basically she was rude and unprofessional. She told me that the icing was The way it was because it was in the hot box. When I arrived there I ordered an extra icing so that one should have been good but it wasn't .

As I am walking into the Rendon, Tx Pixza Hut location; I hear shouting and cursing coming from an employee whom was speaking to another employee . While I wait for my pizza to be given to me, one of them shouts "get out of my f****** store " . Very unprofessional for anyone but especially an RGM. Or so it said on the name tag. The employee that was taking the harsh emotional beating then walked outside . I proceeded after her to assure her that she is better than someone yelling at her and I would put in a complaint because that is very unnecessary and disrespectful not only to the customers and the employees under her but to her self as well . There is NO NEED to curse and yell.
I believe the young lady that I spoke to outside was named kaylie. I hope this can be taken care of because you will lose many more customers than just me .
no show pizza
I ordered 156.06 dollars worth of stuff from Pizza hut in Smyrna TN and never received it. They said that it was put in as carry out and I specifically put it in as delivery I even have the email confirmation that it was supposed to be delivered. I've been hung up on, denied a manager, and put on hold for long periods of time. I just wanted to feed my family and this is the service I was given I am highly dissatisfied and would like something to be done about this.

This is like my third time my only order gets cancelled because my old phone number is registered on my account. I have updated my new phone number and I changed it every time I place a new order. I call to find out the status on my order to find out it got cancelled because the called the old number. The manager on site was not able to help me nor expedite my order. This ridicules that every time I place a order this happens. This might just be the last time I try to buy Pizza Hut for mad service and insufficient staff. I recommend to update your website to avoid unhappy customers.

Ordered large pizza and breadsticks online. Walked in to pick it up and was not even greeted for 15 minutes and could hear employees in the back. I was standing with 3 other customers who were not greeted for longer than 15 minutes at the time I arrived. Also, every employee was wearing slide in flip flops instead of closed-toed shoes. This is not the least bit sanitary. This is the second encounter such as this at this Pizza Hut on S Kings Drive in Charlotte.

July 4, we ordered two pan pizzas with extra sauce on both with garlic butter crust. We placed order at 7:33PM. Took 2 hours and called because pizzas were not right. Manager told me to shutup. Offered $10 credit for $25 dollar order. I told her I wanted my pizzas. Received pizzas at 11:00 PM so I sent them back. Didn't know if she spit on them after the way she talked to me. I then called the next day and it sounded like the same girl so I just hung up. I am out of $25 and it was the worst pizza I had ever received. I told her it looked like it has been in a warmer for 45 minutes. Very insatisfied!

I tried ordering pizza online for over an hour, the website has changed, and it wouldn't let me proceed after submitting payment. I was trying to get a deal that if I ordered online and paid using my card I can have 50% off my order at menu price. So I called to get assistance, but I was insulted instead. I spoke to two different women, both were extremely rude and very unhelpful, telling me there is no such deal, laughing at me, covering the phone and whispering. They said there's nothing wrong with the website at all... meaning, there must be something wrong with me then!

I have lived in Barnesville, Georgia, USA, for 20 years. When I first came here the pizza was good for several years. Then it went down hill. It would be dry and the toppings would be very sparse. I stopped going. I tried again about a year ago and it was the same even after I told them I did not want it to be dry. Last night I tried again. I told them that I did not want a dry pizza. There was hardly any sauce on it at all. The cheese was sparce and I ordered mushrooms on it, which were dry and also very few. Pizza Huts prices are much higher than any other pizza store in town. Your restaurant here is not going to make it if they keep giving poor service. I will not go again unless I am guaranteed that my pizza will be pizza.

I was on hold they hung up on me so I called back but decided to not order through them after a prior rude occurrence I had on a Saturday. In June I had a worker call me back and ignorantly tell me off. I am tired of Pizza Huts rude, ignorant behavior of their workers and Management who could careless yet treat customers just as bad. Pizza Hut needs to Revamp and Redo all of their Management. I have been a customer since they opened with intermittent business when I was away with my husbands military career. It is high time Pizza Hut clean hut their technology and their low class employees they hire and the piss poor managers who never take care of customers issues. Corporate needs to be more involved or shut down what kind if business are you running if your not involved either. Get involved . Open your eyes.

My name is Melissa and I work for pizza hut in Jacksonville NC and I been wrongly accused of stealing money without proof the management allows a driver to get her bank out the register I'm not the only one who uses it I was hired full time but I'm getting part time hours I was told by the manager it's not me but he feels like others need more hours than I'm getting the blame for anything that I do and if nothing doesn't get done I will contact news stations and my lawyer
rewards program
We order frequently and once my wife's rewards program was due for a free pizza, strangely, all the info on her program changed, including her name and order history and any attempts to reach out to anyone at Pizza Hut have been met with rudeness and accusations that my wife entered incorrect information. Absolutely unacceptable. Being told that we are wrong by someone who is supposed to be heading up customer service is absolute disrespect.
overpriced and nasty
on July 1, 2018 I ordered 2 medium pizzas priced at 5.99 each. However, my debit card was charged 12.47 and 11.08 for the pizzas. That is not the worst of it! I found a rotten tooth on a slice of pizza. I'm just thankful I saw it before I ate it. I was outraged. I am still outraged! I called them to request my money back. A young man who answered the phone said, "I will let you speak to the RPG." I said, "fine. whatever that is." However, nobody else came to the phone. The same young man came back on, and he was telling me what "my boss said to tell you." They were very rude to me and accused me of lying. I have been a good customer there for years. I told them I would be reporting them and I would tell everybody I knew personally and on social media. They were not the least bit concerned at anything I had to say. I have given them plenty of time and tomorrow I am calling the BBB and the health department. Enough is enough! They did NOTHING to address this issue. I have the tooth is a baggie and I plan to show it to the health department and the corporate office.
