I ordered from pizza hut online. I made 2 orders to be able to use my hut rewards and was charged 2 delivery fees of $3.50. Why was my card charged a different amount than what was supposed to be charged for both orders? This is not right. I need those dollars for something important. I signed 2 receipts for something totally different from what I understood I was being charged.

I have ordered pizza from the store on Commercial Ave in Fort Lauderdale several times. Each time there is some sort of issue. Whether it is the lateness of delivery, the order being wrong, and on one case it never came and I had to re-order.
Tonight was the BEST. I placed an order online, got to the end to checkout...then decided 'oh, I have Rewards points...I think I will use those". So I click on to redeem the points. This brought my $18+ order down to now $5+. Then I go to check out. Guess what... I can't GET delivery s I do not meet the $10 delivery requirement. WHAT? But I thought the points meant I was being rewarded for alot of business; and now I cannot USE the points and have the luxury of a delivery. I called the store. 45 min later after one of the most grueling phone calls I have ever placed to a store, they agreed to have me use the "pick-up" option online; then call them BACK and they would deliver it. SO, I do that. I pay online $2.12 ( as it backed out the $3 delivery fee I guess when you select pick-up). It asks for my CC which I type in, and then BINGO I get the order confirmation. So I call the store, get the same girl ( the 5th of the 5 girls I spoke to tonight) and she confirms my address. Wait for it... THEN she asks for my CC to pay for the order. WHAT? "Oh yes", she says.."it doesn't show that you paid for this order. Ok, I admit, after that I let out a few expletives at her. she didn't deserve it, but based on my evening thus far, I had no control. Then she places me on hold...then comes back and says ok we will deliver in 45 minutes ( the same amount of time I have been on the phone) I am actually typing this as I sit here waiting for my pizza. So, I will not tell you what you need to do, as I am sure if you read this entire story you already know what needs to be fixed with Pizza Hut. I do, however, expect a call, or an email, or some sort of logical follow-up. I extended the courtesy of helping you better your business; I expect you will extend the same courtesy for my time and efforts.

It took over an hour for me to receive my food which is way more than what it said and when I tried contacting them no one would pick up the phone. Completely unacceptable, I won't order again from Pizza Hut because of this. Plus when I got my food it was cold and was not what I ordered. It was already over priced then to get it cold didn't help at all. Don't run that store if no one is gonna help people
the call center
Called my neighborhood store which when I picked up my found out it went to the call center. I ordered two (2) pizzas both without mushroom and black olives which I only picked up one (1) pizza at a price of $18.00 and this was a medium supreme pizza t on his date 02/15/2018. I will never order from this company again, I will go to Papa John's or Domino's for PIZZA.

Placed my order over the phone for carry out. They said 20 to 30 min so I showed up at 20 minutes my name was on the screen as my pizza was done. 3 employees walked by me and didn't say anything 15 minutes later the employee in the far back came and helped me as the other 3 stood there. Then I bring my pizza home and it's still doughy and not enjoyable. All around bad service!

I ordered 2 large pizzas last night.One was hand tossed meat lovers with garlic buttery blend crust and the other one was hand tossed pepperoni with hut favorite crust.It was a special they had for $19.99 2 large pizzas a specialty and 1 topping.I always order from Pizza Hut and never have a problem until last night.The crust was super thin and there was hardly any cheese on it.
stealing money
I used my debit card to complete my purchase at the restaurant and they did not let me sign my receipt. I checked my bank account and was over charged. Found out they signed my receipt and added their own tip. This is absolutely unacceptable. I went into the store and they told me this happens all the time. I need someone to give me a call. So I walked in this store and I placed an order online for a small cheese pizza and cheese sticks when I went back home and opened the pizza box the pizza was throw in the box upside down without even cutting it. As if they made my food just for the sake of making it. Also the cheese sticks that comes with marinara sauce was without it and I paid $11.49 for this kind of customer service? The girl becca was extremely rude when she ringed my order and when I went back to return their piece of [censor] some guy named trevor didn't even apologize for [censor]ing up my food and didn't even ask me if I wanted anything else or give me [censor] for courtesy. Such rude customer service? I would never walk in this store again no wonder why pizza hut in general sucks! Hire some good people you [censor]ers! Rude waitress. We didn't get served for 40 min. She did not refill drinks. After she delivered food we had to find her to get check. The pizza was not fully cooked in the center and so greasy I could pour it off my plate. We ate around it and left over half of 2 pizzas. We didn't want to take it but weren't offered boxes. The waitress basically hid from us after serving so we gave up and left. The salad bar also had 4 items that's all. ?

I ordered my pizza at 530pm February 10th 2018. Order number:3180210173201001231022178. It stated order time was 35-45mins. At 650 I called to politely inquire a out my order. The female who answered the phone responded with a very irritated tone and snapped at me. My pizza arrived at 735pm. The food was cold. The cheese sticks were hard and burnt. The pizzas did not have much cheese. One pizza had almost no cheese or sauce on it. It tasted awful and not like pizza. It tasked like cold hard bread. The bread sticks were not edible. It was like trying to eat plastic melted to burnt bread. I paid 46$ for my order. I have never had any problems before this order. Pizza hut Was our favorite pizza place before this incident. I can not afford to spend this much on cold food that is not made correctly.

I love Pizza Hut. I enjoy going into the restaurant and dining. But here lately the salad bar is unfit to eat off of. Everything is wilted and rot looks like they never change the item. They probably put new stuff over old and it is really gross. I ordered the salad bar without looking at it first (my bad) they charged me $3.99 for an unfit salad and I think u should look into fixing this problem so many people love salads and this is very disappointing especially paying these prices for something unfit to eat.

Ordered pizza on the phone paid with debit card on the phone. When delivery arrived driver try to charge me again, I refused to pay again. Delivery driver left with the pizza I bought. Called the manager explain what happened, she said sorry can't help you. Would you like to order another pizza. I asked for refund. She said will refund in 2 business days. My complaint is I already paid on the phone card was accepted it shows on my bank statement then was charged again when pizza arrived. The pizza location is 1004 e main St. Richmond MO 64085. boneless wings
We ordered a large pizza and boneless wings for delivery. When it got here the set of wings barely had any sauce on them so we called and the manager Brad was very kind and offered to send a fresh order right away. When we got the fresh order, it was worse than the first. We called back again and Brad said that it was impossible because he made the order himself and that he put 3 scoops of sauce instead of 2 and that he just didn't know what to tell us. Said that if we wanted to continue with a complaint to call his supervisor and gave us his name and number. It's a shame that people work so hard for their money and get awful service like this when they choose to spend money with your company.

I would like to bring to your notice that I ordered with Pizza Hut 2721 FM 1463, Suite 110, Katy TX 77494 location for my New Years Eve party. They not only did not deliver, but the manager was rude. They said I could get store credit as they were too busy. I agreed. I called later for a small order. When I called again for another order, they said there was no credit left because I had to use it in one time. It was never told to me that the credit had to be used in one time. So basically I pay for 6 pizzas and sides. The order wasn't delivered and then I get only 1 or pizzas. Such a rip off! Please check other reviews about the bad service and rude staff.
trying to order pizza
I live in Ocala and tonight trying to find out information about coupons we received in the mail. The number we have is a call center and they could not answer my questions so that I could order pizza. They transferred me to the store only to be placed on hold 3 times...a total of 45 minutes and never talked to anyone about this. This is the same store that if you order more than one different pizza they do not get your order right and we have to fight with them to fix it or we live right up the road and it takes over an hour to get our pizza and it's usually Luke warm. My granddaughter is 3 years old and loves Pizza hut pizza ... If it wasn't for her having an eating disorder and only eating pizza hut pizza we would definitely just use Marcos pizza who is just as far away and get our pizza here within 30 minutes hot and how we order it. I am very very dissatisfied with this store and my husband had to drive all of the way to the store with a neighbor because our truck is broke down just to make a 3 year old little girl happy to have pizza for dinner at almost 8 pm. The address to this store is 2785 Northwest 48th ave #16 Ocala FL 34482. They seriously need some new help or management at this location. I'm not one to complain and usually just deal with these problems but tonight was the last straw.

On Thursday 2/8/2018 we ordered a large thin meat lovers pizza. It was delivered in 35 minutes cost 21.58, ticket #0031. the Pizza arrived cold, and the meat was dried out with hardly any sauce or cheese on the Pizza. It was not edible. We threw it out.

I am making a complaint in regards to the service I received. I got to the store to pick up my order. Once I got there my order was incorrect and I had to wait 30 extra minutes to have them remake one of my pizzas. My other pizza was cold once they brought it to me and burnt. I ordered two orders from pizza hut on 02/07/18. One was placed at 6:30 and the other 6:45. The location is the one in Westwego, Louisiana. I paid 40$, including tip for my order and half of it was missing. I didn't receive my cheese sticks and my brother didn't receive his chocolate chip heart. They were able to call me a couple of minutes prior to my delivery to ask about the two different orders. The location is less than a 5 minute drive to my house so you can understand why I think they are ignoring my call. I have tried calling back SEVERAL times. Not once did I get a busy tone, or anything. I keep calling and trying but they just will not pick up anymore. I am extremely frustrated.

It is with great disappointment that I am writing this but the experience we had on Sunday has brought me to this point. As two mother's with our two children, we were looking for a spot to take our children that would accomedate their picky needs and our limited spending. We had went to the website and found you had a great 2 topping pizza deal for $5.99 each and all made the decision to dine in. Well, we were not even greeted at the door, sat ourselves and had a less than polite waitress who didn't make us feel very welcomed. We mentioned the deal we found online and after already being seated with two young children, were told that those online deals are for carryout only. Had we known this, we would not have taken the kids out of the car and proceeded to come inside for a meal 4 times the amount we planned on spending. Long story short, we didn't feel comfortable and didn't want to just walk out and ended up spending almost $25.00 on ONE pie, 1 order of breadsticks and 4 waters. Which not to mention was paper thin and the cheese was rubbery. My daughter had to scrape her cheese off and we removed it from the toddlers pizza in fear he would choke. The marinara dipping sauce was basically water, and was pretty much not able to be used by the toddler. This experience has left us in disbelief and unsatisfied. I'm very upset to have had such a concerning visit. And I thought it should be brought to someone's attention. Thank you for listening.
