Select Home Warranty review: A leaking dishwasher. Meeting into my garage

I called about a leak in the basement coming from my kitchen. They said the technicians will call me he did call he said he will be out in several days a week
I told them I could not wait that long they told me to get another plumber another plumber came out and discovered by dishwasher was leaking and it needed to be replaced because of the age
I bought a new dishwasher at that store installed it
They are telling me that they are not going to reimburse me at all because I didn't get prior authorization
But they told me to get another plumber I paid that plumber $90
I paid $728 for having the dishwasher and it have it installed
Select all warranty said they are not going to reimburse me at all
I peed a year in advance for a service I got none
