Costco pharmacy

I just got a call from the pharmacy on Rt.70 in Brick, NJ, soliciting me about taking statins !
For a pharmacy that rarely gets orders filled on time when the customer is waiting, how do they have time to solicit customers at home ?
When I got upset at this idiotic solicitation, the caller kept repeating, " I'm just doing what Roy told me to do".. Seriously ?
First, Roy isn't a doctor, and if he was, he's not MY doctor. I listen to my doctor, not a pharmacist that knows nothing about me, so stay out of my business !
This makes me wonder, is Costco corporate aware of this ? Do they condone this ?
Is corporate getting some "favor" from the drug manufacturer?
Or is "Roy" doing this on his own?
I think the government should be made aware of this, it smells bad..
If I ever get another call like this, you will lose my business forever !

Costco mattress selling malpractice - selling cheaper model mattress and charging for higher model mattress

Beware of vendor malpractice
I purchased this product through costco. 1. Vendor shipped a 12.5"mattress instead of 14" mattress. They sent item 1045600 instead of item #1166323 2. When I called costco the costco reps have no idea of the product that is sold on costco website. Costco has no product and customer service specialists like llbean who will immediately provide product expertise. 3. The vendor indulged in malpractice because they made documentation of 14"precision mattress whereas delivered 12.5"gelchoice mattress. Comfortably sneaked through a cheper mattress. Beware. 4. I have been a costco customer for 20 years however costco refused to take immediate action on this. The online rep was supposed to start a return process and have the mattress picked up by fedex. I requestedthe mattress to be picked up by the delivery company that delivered asap. We are not home for fedex pickup. I had to start the return process online on costco website. 5. Lastly, costco refused immediate refund on my credit card. If you order this item, you willget cheated for a cheaper item on same paperwork by the vendor. Costco will not refund you, nor pickup the return quickly. Costco has no answers to customers problems and does not choose vendors wisely that will cheat its customers. My executive membership fee down the drain.

Costco simply purrfect kitty litter is an extremely poor imitation of litter purrfect.

Dear Costco, I went to get my regular supply of Litter Purrfect kitty litter in big green tubs and could not understand why it is now not clumping properly and spreads instead of making a round lump.

Imagine my surprise upon examining the tub that it is now Simply Purrfect - same green tub. This is very deceptive since it is such an inferior product and using the same packaging.

When are you bringing back Litter Purrfect? The imitation substitute simple wont do!

Costco complaint against store manager eric at the citrus heights california store

I called corporate to get a refund on my Executive membership and was told they could not do it, but the supervisor, Andrew, said he would send an email on my behalf to the store requesting they give me the full refund for the membership fee. When I got there, the person helping me said she could only give me $60. and not the $120. I paid for the membership. I asked to see the store manager. I had to wait about 15 minutes for him to come. His name was Eric. I was trying to explain to him what had transpired up to that point when he cut me off saying that he would give me a refund of $60. I tried several times to explain my position, but he was very rude, arrogant and condescending. I was quite upset but I did not yell, curse, call names or be rude in any way! I was only trying to explain and ask questions. He told me I was being very rude and he would give me the $120. just to get rid of me. He then asked me if there was anything else he could do for me and I asked him if he would explain to me why he only wanted to give me $60. for the membership when the sign on the wall said, "Executive Membership $120". He said he wouldn't explain to me because I was rude to him and it wouldn't matter anyway.

I have never been treated so rudely by a management position in my life, and I am 77 years old. I do not understand how a person with this type of disposition could have reached a position of manager.

Costco refresh skin therapy fruit acid 15% gel peel

I purchased this "refresh skin therapy fruit acid 15% gel peel" from sunnyvale costco yesterday (jan 8, 2019) and applied for 3 minutes.
I got burnt marks on one of my cheek bone and it is looking really bad.
Also I felt redness around my nose area after use.
My skin is showing total burn sports and its itching very badly. This product is very harmful and it totally spoiled my face and health.

I baught "Refresh Skin Therapy Fruit Acid 15% Gel Peel" from sunnyvale costco on Jan 8, 2019 and used it as per instructions given on the product.
I see burnt tissue and back skin on my chick bone.Also I see lot of redness around my nose area after using the product.
It is painful.

Costco citibank card

Please bring back Amex, Citibank is the WORST, and imagine they were partnered with Sears and look what happened to them. I have canceled my Costco membership and will not do business with #Citibank EVER. In a world of humans, start treating them as such. I am not a system as the girl at Citibank called my card issue and refused to help or get someone who could. On 01/2/2019 I applied for a Citibank card and have a 800 score, plenty of income and was denied for too many inquiries on my credit. I called credit bureaus and they do not see them so they are in fact an error in Citibanks system. They refused to talk to Experian who was willing to tell them the correct info but NOPE. No help form them and Costco doesn't care either, they said that's Citibanks deal not theirs. Well if you do business with someone like they do you should care ALOT. Im done and good riddance to the worst customer service EVER.

Costco Kirkland aa batteries

I'm very disappointed that the batteries that I bought from Costco are all leaking. The expiry date is Dec 2023. One of them never used was sitting on my table and just exploded. Now the problem is that the light I had the batteries in is also damaged. I would like to get compensation for the batteries and the light. Your extremely disappointed customer.

Costco pre-cooked hickory smoked bacon

Please please bring back the previous brand of pre-cooked bacon. The current offering of the hickory smoked precooked bacon is terrible. The taste has a chemical taste and extremely strong sodium taste is of very poor quality not to mention with that amount in one package, not having the resealable bag is frustrating. The prior brand and bag was perfect and was a staple at Costco for many years. Please bring it back!

Costco simply purrfect cat litter

This product barely clumps and makes a terrible mess of the cat bin. You have to scrape a wet mess out of the bin every day. It is confusing as to why a company would waste all the resources to make an ineffective product. They have absolutely no idea how to make cat litter but are excellent at wasting people's time and money. I will never use this useless product again. It shouldn't be sold as a clumping product since that is false advertising.

The old Litter Purrfect was great. This stuff doesn't clump, and the stench is so dreadful that the cat and I both loathe it.

Costco kirkland signature protein bar - chocolate brownie

You may have a serious recipe failure with batch #18332L1, expiration 28 November 2019. I have used this product without problem in the past. Latest purchase was combined with CC Cookie Dough that tastes as expected. The Chocolate Browne is, however, dramatically different in taste and smell. The offensive taste is like salt brine mixed with cacao that is equally off in some way. Regardless, the product as it is now is inedible beyond just preference. It actually tastes as if a major recipe malfunction has occurred. Thank you for your attention.

Costco delivery service

Ordered TV for son 11/17/18. Purchased white glove delivery. TV delivered 11/30/18 with cracked screen. Called customer service to reorder the delivery. Called customer service on 12/05/18 because there was no delivery date set. The order had to be edited due to rep inputting incorrect info. 12/07/18 CEVA called to schedule delivery for 12/13/18. On 12/13/18 @1300hrs CEVA calls to reschedule delivery to 12/15/18 between 1300-1800hrs due to late arrival of shipment. 12/15/18 1805hrs no TV. No phone call no text.
I called Costco customer service who informed me the only thing they could do was credit me the delivery charges and told me to call back on Monday. 12/17/18 I called Costco customer service who contacted CEVA while I waited on hold, yet again, to reschedule delivery. Delivery was rescheduled to 12/19/18 between 1300-1800hrs. I received a text on 12/18/18 @0453hrs confirming delivery appointment.
12/19/18 @1638hrs I receive a call from the CEVA driver that he is running behind schedule. He stated that he would be here after 1800hrs and he would call me 20 minutes prior to reaching my home. I called driver @1913hrs. No answer. I called again @1930hrs. I left a message. I called yet again @1945hrs. The driver answers and states that he still has a lot of deliveries to make and there is traffic but he will be to my home around 2030hrs, unless I wanted to reschedule.
It is now 2015hrs. I am beyond annoyed at this whole situation. This delivery company is totally inept and has some serious issues with time management and customer service.
I received no phone call, no text, no email to let me know I wouldn't be receiving the tv on 12/15/18. No apology for having me wait pretty much all day for a delivery that never arrived. Let alone an explanation.
I ordered the tv 11/17/18 as a gift for my son who joined the Army in October. He graduated boot camp today and I wanted to have the tv here at the when he gets home Friday, 12/21/18. I didn't realize that this would turn into such a frustrating event. You, Costco Corporation should seriously consider terminating partnership with this delivery service. They make Costco look bad. I never would have that I would have received such poor service, in any form, from Costco, as I'd never had in the 14 years I've been a member.
It is now going on 2030hrs. Guess what, no tv.
I am truly done. I will be requesting a refund in the morning. And I seriously doubt I will ever order a product from Costco again.

Costco online order for purchase of ge fridge and stove

I placed online order #[protected] on July 23, 2018 for purchase of GE Fridge and Stove. It was my first online order with Costco. Received delivery but both appliances were damaged. I was advised that another delivery will be made in week time. I could not get delivery on the promised day and was told that appliances were loaded to wrong truck. I continued waiting for the delivery, while my house was listed for sale. Could not get delivery even on my closing day, August 31, 2018 in spite of many phone calls. I got delivery intimation after I had moved to new location. I got a notice from the new buyer gent to pay $5000 as I could not provide appliances mentioned in my listing. I managed to negotiate and paid $2000. When I called Costco Canada customer service for compensation of stress and financial loss, they have offered me a $100 cash card, which is completely unfair compensation and did not resolve my concern. my email is [protected]@hotmail.com

Costco tires

I purchased and had Costco Wilmington NC store install 4 tires. When they were finished one of the Costco technicians handed me several pages of paperwork. He did not say anything about potential concerns. The next day I read the paperwork and was surprised to see a note: "stripped stud - right front wheel position". I checked the vehicle and there was a missing lug nut from the front right wheel. I called the store and the tire dept manager could not explain why nothing was said at checkout. He said it was not a safety concern, a lot or people drive around with missing lug nuts. When I asked for my lug nut he said he didn't know why it wasn't given to me but he'd find either one that matched it or something close if I came be the store. Google "missing lug nut" to see what professional mechanics think about a missing lug nut.

Costco discourteous unprofessional employee

I went to Costco in Lakewood, CA on 12/04/2018 and ordered 2 tires. I received a call from the Costco Service center today, 12/05/2018, informing me that my tires had arrived. I informed the very nice employee that I did not get off work until 5:00PM and would arrive before 6:00PM to have my tires put on my car. I arrived at 5:50PM, having been slowed a bit due to rainfall. When I informed the employee at check-in why I was there, she (Jessie) stated that they could not put my new tires on my vehicle because they had a huge workload. I first asked why had I been told over the phone that it was ok to bring my car and why had I not been called if there was a problem. When I inquired about an appointment, Jessie informed me that she was booking appointments for next week. I told Jessie that my tires are bad and I am fearful of an accident, especially with the rain. I then offered to come on the weekend but after considering the matter further, I called Administration who patched me through to someone named Tristan, whom I assume was/is the automotive Department Manager . Tristan was courteous and professional from start to finish and apologized for the error and said that they would service my vehicle today. When I went back inside and approached the counter to check in, Jessie did not greet me nor actually look at me but instead while walking away said, "I need your membership card and receipt." By this time she had become, rude, unprofessional and seriously discourteous. Even after Tristan had stated that they would service my car, Jessie kept saying "like I told you we have lots of cars and your car won't be ready until between 8:30-9:00PM since we have to stay over to do your car." Tristan called me at 8:00PM to let me know my car was ready. I was in the mall next door and he said take your time but of course I immediately went to get my car, arriving in less than 5 minutes from the time Tristan had initiated the call to me.
When I walked in the service department, Jessie did not greet me as a customer but rather leaned over and pushed papers towards me and told me to "go to the shop and they will give me my car." I said thank you and goodnight to which there was no response or acknowledgement. The room was quiet and we were less than 5 feet apart so I'm reasonably certain she heard me . I went to the shop where I was met by Tristan who was very courteous, offering a thank you and goodnight. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone at Costco until today. Had I been rude towards her, maybe I would be more understanding but that was not the case. I was not rude to the Administration employee nor Tristan nor Jessie. I'm sorry she got upset because I would not allow her to put me off and jeopardize my safety by having me ride around on bald tires. Perhaps Jessie needs to be reminded of what it means to provide exceptional "Customer Service."

Costco paper white bulbs

I placed a double order of Paper White Bulbs in early October. These were to be forced for an event. They are absolutely no good. Spindly, difficult to emerge, and look horrible, of the 120 bulbs I purchased maybe half have emerged with multiple shoots and very few buds. They have been growing (trying to grow), for more than six weeks. Not worth purchasing.

My member number is [protected]. I would like to request a 50% refund since I have given some away, to my embarrassment.

Costco crazy fresh coffee

A couple a month ago Crazy Fresh Coffee was introduced to your Costcos. This was an amazing whole bean coffee roast for a great price from a local vendor . I saw customers loading up their carts with it . i go back now to replenish my supply and its gone ! Instead i see everything from Pricey starbucks, dunking donuts and some brands that no-one buys! what gives!

We want this back specifically at Illinois Costcos!

Costco returns services

A woman (along with the supervisor) working at the returns services after 3 pm on 11/27/18 constantly questioned me, making me out to be a thief for having a Costco cash card. They bombarded me with questions about where I received the card, despite me already answering them. I rightfully have the card, and there should be no problem with me using it.
I would highly appreciate it if these women are retrained or at the very least, given a heavy talk about what it means to respect the customer and their privacy. They should not be making customers feel beyond uncomfortable like I was.

Costco product packaging

You use too much plastic in your packaging. I have been a Costco member since 1996 both through my business and as a family. Over those years you have gone to more ridiculous heavy plastic packaging that not only is environmentally destructive, but is also a health and safety hazard. I have cut my hands on the sharp plastic edges of the shrink-type plastic packaging a number of times, each time left me with a wound that required bandaging. I have complained before but was told you have to do this kind of packaging to avoid theft. I can imagine that as an issue for very small items but not for large items like ratchet straps or lithium ion jump starters. Besides, I can't imagine anyone getting out the heavily guarded doors with bulky items.

I hope you will consider becoming more environmentally aware and customer safety conscious with respect to your packaging. In the 22 years I have been your customer I have seen the attitude of the company drift from one of customer conscious and environmentally friendly, to less so on both accounts. I have gone from buying more than $2000 per month for my business as an Executive Member, to less than $400 per month, and I gave up my Exec Membership because I am not as drawn to Costco any more, due to what I see as a move away from awareness and customer consciousness. I hope you will consider switching from high plastic packaging use to something more friendly.

I also am frustrated that I am unable to find men's Jockey briefs in any size but S and M (no pun intended) and occasionally L, but never in XL. It is hard to imagine that most of your male customers are so trim, or that they are all X-L and wipe you out before you can sell tens of dozens of S and M's.
