shift leader management complaint
So tiday I had an eyedoctors appointment and had forgotten that I was scheduled from 11-1 yes juat two hours well I called the store to let them know that I could not make it on time well thr manager asked to see if I could find a replacement for me well so I did the person I was trying to cover for me wasn't answering at that moment so I called to let them know that I couldn't find anybody to cover for me and the chef manager shela johnson works as a shift leader at rupert pizza hut you going to tell me that either I cancel my appointment or I come to work so I acknowledge that I canceled my appointment I would or $25 fee I canceled just to show up to work call the moment I showed up to work I start helping the manager out with stuffed crust pizzas well a shela approached me and began yelling at me so I verbally told her that I had the right to defend my self she then responded to me saying that I had no right becuase I wasnt being responsible for my job when I was I called for the manger to come and I asked for her to stop her and since she was friends with her she didnt seem to even care at all I was honestly being humiliated in frint of the coworker who currently were on the clock so I couldnt handle it so I decided to quit. I personly think that she should be able to get away with it since its she has already had one person walk out because of her attitude toward them. I left for my own good and for the manager to not to defend me and be on her side is honestly something that cooperate should look over. I really liked the job but that fact that shela was always treating everybody bad was unreasonable!. I would really appreciate if somebody didnt let her get away with this because she treated me like I was nothing.

After waiting for an hour for our food (which technically was not an issue because we were quoted the wait time when making our order), everything was cold. My biggest complaint comes from the fact that when I tried to call the location to make management aware of this issue their manager (Eli) seemed not the least bit concerned after he muttered an, "eh well sorry for you." We won't be ordering from them anytime in the near future. I sincerely was not calling for any free handouts, but to feel as though the management did not care whatsoever speaks volumes. I will not be giving them my business anymore despite deals or specialty items that my kids prefer them.

Pizza Hut - DESOTO, TX location seems to always mess up my order every time I order. I finally stopped using this place for a while but I do love Pizza Hut pizza so I gave it another try. I ordered 3 pizza's and again my order was incorrect on the toppings. I showed their ticket to the store associate and she said you are right and then called the Manager to the front - Manager told me it would take 15 minutes to remake the pizza however I had company at my house so I did not want to wait. I asked if I could get a discount on my next order and she informed me that they don't give discounts or credits that the only options was to remake the pizza or take the screwed up pizza. I asked for the corporate number and she wrote down a number but told me that it would come back to her and I would get the same answer. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. So I called the number she provided and it went to the national Order department. Now she pissed me off. This Manager is a joke - she should be fired for her customer service.

I started at Pizza Hut about 3 weeks ago but after doing to the assessments and very little hours I have about a week of experience. The week of July 12 2016 Tammy, the manger really started getting really hateful and complaining to the other employees about the things she said I was doing, I can't even tell you how many times she would say, what are you doing, and then she would walk away. I was flipping the make line last week and Tammy didn't like the way I was doing the cheese and started yelling, you don't listen, all the employees where just starring at me. Tammy always ensures you know she is the manager at all times. Yesterday was it with her, she started telling me I knew how to make something I told her I didn't know how and now we have a yes you do no I don't conversation, I finally told her I need to make a pizza. Danny (shift leader) came to work and she ran to complain to him on things I supposedly had done, Danny is a great person but I think I have only worked with him once. I told Tammy I was tired of her accusations and I wanted the camera she said was in the stored reviewed. Tammy has said that I probably forgot certain things because of the heat, she does not mess with other employees because they have been there longer than she has, I'm the new one. I have gone to Tammy about how pizzas are being made and why they can do as they please and she doesn't have an answer. There is so much that has happened in the past 2 weeks its impossible to put it on paper. My husband is retired military, I helped open the first Dominos Pizza in Hanau Germany in 1986 and loved it, I explained to Tammy I wanted to do something with my time so I figured I would make pizza because I really enjoyed it at one time, but I'm sorry people like Tammy should never be in charge of a store

July 3, 2016. The waitress was doing an excellent job (Anna) for what she had to work with. The girl cutting/boxing the pizza's was throwing the pans around, sometimes on the floor. She also threw the pizza's in the box, missed a few times & tossed them on top of the pizza. If I was a customer & saw her do that to my pizza, I would have refused it. We attempted to call the manager, all he wanted to know was how we got his phone number. Then he hung up on us, never once did he ask what the issue was. We found out they were way understaffed & he was suppose to be there working. I have never had a manager hang up on me, all we wanted to do was notify him of how one of his employees was acting. I know other customers heard her. We also did not get all of our order, ordered 1/2 & 1/2 but Anna gave us a free pizza. We also did not receive another item, but that was taken off the bill. 2 other customers had the same issue of not getting everything they ordered. I'm 49 & have been in customer relations for many years. I honestly would fire the girl cutting/boxing the pizzas & definitely would fire the manager.
We were just disappointed, we have been there many times & never had a major issue like this before. We will go back, but hopefully the manager will no longer be employed there

Worst ever ! I always order from you but you are getting worse and today was the worst ever! When I make an order from 4:30 and the call center said it could come by 7, I said ok! Thinking that you would be punctual! The delievery came 7:15..notwithstanding the very bad handling of the customer service, it was like the worst ever! I called the hotline, someone answered and kept me on hold, then I was switched to someone else, dont know why, and he said ok dont worry, I will call the guy, I called again, a lady said you have to call the branch! So whats the benefit of a hot line! I called the branch and some guy answered, who I am 100 percent sure is not a customer service guy! I told him the delievery guy didnt come, he said so what ? And then gave the receiver to some one else, at last the guy came, with a very hot pepsi bottle and very cold and tastless pizza ! And when I told him why you were late! He said that this is completly normal in ramdan so what ? This is so rude and unacceptable, and its the last time I will eat or order from you! And I also will submit a complain to the headquarter!

My name is George Johnson on June 11th 2016 my son, wife, and I came into Pizza Hut in Everett Washington, address 429 128th St sew to have two stuff crust pizzas. One was pepperoni and the other was a meat lovers. When we got our cheese six they were burnt, then the pizza came which in addition to looking unappetising had hardly any cheese in the crust. Looking at the pizza all you really saw was just the sauce. I wanted to take my son out to eat so he could have a nice meal before going into surgery for tumor removal. bad attitude towards customers

I phoned pizza hut to order three pizzas and this woman picks up the phone with a dirty attitude. These things usually happen to all things so I just let it slip but the fact that when I went to receive the pizza she said I ordered four pizzas... I clearly said three and I feel like she is ripping me off. Also she doesn't talk to her customers like she should be. Even worse was that the fourth pizza was not even cooked properly. It had less cheese and the bread wasn't cooked. Overall very disappointed in pizza hut and hopefully better customer service next time - _-
poor service / delivery issues
On 04/02/2016, my co-worker and I decided to order a few items from Pizza hut for dinner while on the night shift. We had previously order the night before for a small get-together at work and everything was fine spending at least $40 so we decided to give it another try. I made an on line order at 2025 for a total of $19.01 the website stated that I would receive my order by 2105, we waited patiently and after 2125 I decided to call and inquire about my order. At that time I was informed the driver had gotten into an accident and my order was returned to the store. I never received a call about the incident, I had to inquire about it. At that time the employee apologized and said it was being re-made and would be there soon. After about another 35 minutes I called back and was told the driver was about to leave. The store is approx. 10 minutes away from my job and we did not receive our order until 2230, the meal was cold it was not hot as I was told it was being re-made. No discount, no items to appease us for the extensive delay, or no word from the manager. I would have expected half off my order at that time, but now I would just like a full refund since I did not enjoy the meal at all, because the wings had to be reheated in the microwave and became hard after cooling down and the meaty pasta could not go into the microwave due to the metal pan.
We waited 50 minutes for a pizza. When it came it was totally burnt. We asked for the manager but she wouldn't come and talk to us.. When we went to pay the manager waited on us. She did NOT ask us how the pizza was. Instead she gave us a $5 discount for a totally burnt pizza. She did NOT thank us or apologize, What kind of service is this? Maybe you should hire older people who might have common sense.

I placed on May 12 at 4:58 pm for two pizzas and dessert. Was told delivery would be at 5:50pm, which is long enough. After totalling order, the employee told me my order would be delivered at 6:30pm . I asked why. She said she didn't know when s he did final processing that was the time that came up / on screen for delivery. Then she said they must be short on drivers.
I should have been told this first before my card was charged . I'm done. After this order is delivered, no more and I am telling my friends and family.

I pre-ordered Chicken Alfredo and bone out wings. Estimated time given was 11:45 am. I called (12:16) and spoke with the manager (Robert) and informed him of my delivery. He stated that the delivery driver just left with my order. I felt like I should have been compensated for the inconvenience. He then acted as if he could not hear my concern. I just hung up.
I see why this particular restaurant only has 1 star. Evidently I am not the only customer that is displeased with the lack of customer service at this restaurant.

My complaint is that my order wasn't repeated back to me I detest diet coke and recievd 3 bottles. If my order was repeated to me since we had trouble processing my balance on the internet received something I didn't want... Not one supervisor called and apologized about the situation are issue at hand a c/o worker did. I'm grateful and appreciate it but from six until 07:39pm just getting an order that was deleted out there system since my card didn't go threw on the internet. Unprofessional not one call from management apologizing about anything. Placing a call to the store they let the phone ring off the hook. No way to run any company hire more divers, employee's and fix the system allowing payment over the internet if your waiting hours for food. I'm one upset customer and want to tell your employee decline my order take you food back. But she was professional and kept apologizing now I have three diet coke I didn't want. Oh I was hired and lied to at the Tallassee Alabama location so I do not want to work for people who lie. I was told I would start at $8 and I trained 6 hours at minimum. Then they wanted me to come in on a game day when there is no business and make $3 I was never told that I would make that. I was only paid for 3 hours not 6. Manager and shift manager was rude to guest as well. I was not trained in all my years of working to talk to customers like they are dogs. I wouldn't work for that manager if I was starving and living in a box!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza online, when we got there to pick it up they said we ordered a mushroom and chicken pizza. We explained that we did not order that they responded by oh well there's nothing we can do because it was ordered online. If wanted pepperoni we would have to order and pay for another one. First off they were rude and could careless about making the customer happy. Second why would we order chicken and mushroom when NO ONE in my family eats that! We will not be back there, we don't have money to throw away but it cost us almost 40.00 for a large pepperoni pizza. Just Ridiculous!
