Perhaps Pizza Hut has changed it's pizza in which case we will not be returning. We've been using Pizza Hut as our favorite pizzeria for decades. Indeed, when we spring for a pizza there's never been another choice for us. We ordered our usual carry-out last night: Large meat lovers/thin crust with extra cheese. Additional - bread stix with (2) sauces. This pizza was awful It was similar to one we sampled from their new "artisan line" which we found to be very skimpy on the toppings and a chunky tomato sauce and dried out cardboard-like crust. Last night's "regular" pizza was more of the same. Simply awful crust, certainly n extra cheese and maybe 6 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pie. Terrible. Crust was so full of large air pockets it crumbled upon taking a bite. Horrible. $24 bucks for our "meal" (included a 2-liter Pepsi which was fine) was like throwing a $20 bill in the garbage. Additionally, I was told pizza would be ready in 30 min. I was there for the pick-up in 22 min. Pizza was already sitting out on counter (not in warming oven) and very cold by the time I brought it home. Not happy.
rude waitress
I was at Pizza Hut with a few of my work friends. We went to the lunch buffet. The waitress there was so rude and we could hear her all the way in the dining area screaming at the other staff that were there and slamming dishes around and swearing at people. She needs to be terminated. I'll never go to the lunch buffet again. Especially if that waitress Hannah is working. The worst service and server I have ever had in my 42 years on this earth. She is deeply disturbed. I hope the owner of this particular store sees this and takes my advice and terminates her.
I totally agree. My daughter and I are regulars at the lunch buffet at the Pizza Hut in Danville, WV. We went there like we always do and the waitress on duty did not greet us or seat us. So, we sat ourselves and want and tracked her(Hanna) down. We told her what drinks we wanted and that we were going to have the buffet. We always enjoy the salad bar. Only the salad bar needed more lettuce. So my daughter asked her to put some more lettuce out whenever she had time. Well, 10 minutes go by and we don't have our drinks, silverware, or nothing. So my daughter goes up to find her again and graciously asked her for drinks and silverware. She did bring our drinks, but they were the wrong kind! We told her they were wrong and reminded her about the lettuce and she slammed her tray down and said, "Is there anything else that you b%$&*es would like to b#$%& about to-f*@#ing-day?" We were shocked. We just walked out. It's not like she had put our orders in for the buffet and drinks anyway. We did inform someone that we were leaving. This waitress needs to be fired. If she doesn't like her job she needs to be relieved of having it. We really enjoyed going there usually. It wasn't that busy. That is what we cannot understand. We would like to request that if the management doesn't fire her, please just put her on the schedule for times that are not day shift. She really doesn't need to interact with any people either. I hope that the district manager and the owner of this establishment read this and execute the proper punishment to her. Hopefully she will not be there the next time we go! Fingers crossed!
favortism/unfair schedules
I work at a Rage Pizza Hut in West Virginia. I have been there almost a year. When I first was hired, I was told this one girl was supposed to train me. When I worked my first shift with her, all she done was verbally abuse everyone around her including the shift manager! I was told that she worked the bad shifts for months and she had earned every day shift throughout the week every week. She still gets scheduled for those shifts and I have kids in school and I would like to have a few day shifts a week. It should be fair and alternated I think. Nobody says anything to this girl because she is the district managers friend. What should I do? I have already asked about day shift and they just say that they'll see what they can do.

Hi This is regarding my visit to Pizza Hut in Lamcy Plaza on 21st December 2015. We ordered pizzas and they took the order. We waited for about 45 minutes after taht and then inquired about our Order. There were many other costumers with the same problem as ours. They said they have a problem in their oven and the staff were not aware of the problem. Then we got thick crust pizzas instead of thin and the staff said they had given our pizza to someone and totally we waited for about one and hours for just one pizza. Hope pizza hut will kindly make sure this does not occur to any other costumer in the future.

21/12/2015 so I ordered a pizza online, to be delivered, and about 1pm said it should only take 25 minutes be here 1.25pm, at 2.45 I decided to ring and ask them how long it would take for the pizza to be delivered, and the lady on the phone said that they had just opened and that they don't deliver until after 4pm. I respect that, but please put it on your website. I'm glad I was paying in cash, because I would be very upset if it was credit card. She asked if I wanted a delivery after 4, but I decided to go to Domino's instead. Not impressed

Few days ago I had a pizza there and decided to write about my experience. First of all, the place was really dirty. There was dirt everywhere – floor, tables, counter. I was totally disgusted. I order a pizza, but was disappointed. The base was very soggy and the cheese was a bit watery. I guess all pizzas there are frozen at the beginning. When I ordered my pizza I added some toppings – onions and mushrooms. But instead of onions I got garlic. Also the amount of topping that was on the pizza was very small. I didn't like the cashier. She was very rude. I asked for a drink, but she said that soda machine isn't working. While saying that she had a cup in her hand with a drink I wanted to order. Then I asked for coffee or tea, and she said the same thing, that they have no coffee or tea. I asked „Then what do you have?” and she replied „Pizzas”. I don't understand why she is still working there! She needs to be fired! Well, I think there are better pizza restaurants with the same prices. I'm not going back there again.

Our company frequently orders from Pizza Hut and today we had a large order of 5 large pizza, 5 wings and 6 salads whereby we called in at 11.00am and ordered. Our order was to be done by 12.15noon and our driver was already waiting there, we repeatedly called and requested for completion of order since our guests had to reach the airport but they kept saying order is in progress. This was truly pathetic since the driver finally left the Pizza Hut Faisal Town branch at 12.45 1/2 an hour after the scheduled delivery. Had we ordered by delivery I am sure this order would have reached after 2.00pm. Other pizza companies deliver within 1/2 an hour period and never delay their stuff is fresh and this will certainly be the last time we use Pizza Hut. We will also not recommend this to any of our clients / friends. We called them to complain and the lady who was so uneducated kept asking from which number did we call, we gave her the call back mobile number and told her our company exchange has many lines and we do not know which line was used but she kept on like a recording without any help at all. We did not expect this from Pizza Hut which is a world renowned brand of food caters.

Pada 06/12 sy mbuat pesanan pizza hotline pada pukul 3pm & dijanjikan 30minit..dekat pukul 4pm nak double confim tmpat pizza hut Bintulu col(lady), i cakap dh selalu hntar tapi dia cakap org lma banyak resign dia yg akan hntar org baru..4.12pm i col hotline sebab blum smpai sebab dari pizza hut ke rumah saya tak sampai 15min pun..4.41pm msih blum smpai i col hotline lagi untuk cancell order sebab takde feedback pun dari pizza hut Btu kalau dia sesat jalan ke apa? Ini bukan kali pertama tapi lebih 3 kali ..alasan banyak penghantaran order, tak tahu tempat, tak cukup staf, baru start keja tak logik langsung! I made order by phone Mon 30th Nov approx 8pm, was told it would be 15mins! Half an hour later i turned up to pk up my order in a taxi as it was cheaper to do it this way than to have delivery...we do not have a car. We don't order often but it was a treat for my 2 boys for good behavior. I am a sole parent so money is very tight! When i arrived at the Masterton pizza hut to pk up my order the girl behind the counter could not find them & when she asked the 2 males had they done them..they both said no! my order was in the system! At this time i was getting quite frustrated & told them i had a taxi waiting outside! There was nobody in the store, nor cars parked outside so it was not busy! "I was then told it would be 7mins & could they give me a complimentary side...so of coarse i accepted the side because it meant more more for my boys. 13 mins later I was given my pizzas with a very sincere apology from the young girl behind the counter...the males showed me no remorse! my night cost me $38 for 2x $5 pizzas...that is $18 more than i expected to pay ( to me this is 3x 2ltr milks & 8 loaves of bread). I'm not in a habit to make a complaint but this truely upset me.
rude worker
I ordered the triple meal online and checked carry out and paying by check. I got up to pizza hut after 45 minutes and the food was not ready for one . And the girl behind the counter was so rude. She said lady I do not accept checks I told her that I have wrote 4 or 5 checks over the last few months and they always have taken them. She then said I do not accept checks do you not understand that. I said mama' you have taken checks before when did they stop taking checks? her reply was Look lady I do not accept checks. You can just go some where else to eat. My food was just coming out of the oven, That was rude and uncalled for, She should leave her attitude at home. I know for a face they take checks. She was too busy flirting with the guys there then to do her job and trying to show out in front of them. Now I do not think I will ever go back to Pizza Hut again for the reason of being rude to. Even when I have it delivered they have always taken a check. This happened in the Forrest City, Arkansas store. If you can not do something about this and this person being rude and I want a vulture for the triple pack I was suppose to get. I have never been so embarrassed in all my life and we people all around waiting to pay for their food.
The workers at Pizza Hut are rude, lazy. playing around with the other workers, And I got lied to about them accepting checks. They have accepted checks from me in the last 4 months. But all the sudden they do not accept them anymore. And the girl said I am not accepting your check. You can just go somewhere else to eat. I am not taking your check. She was trying to look like some big person to the guy she was flirting with.

Today I have visited ur mulund r mall I have experienced worst coustomer service I was not told about the buy 1 get 1 offer so I bought 1 pan pizza rs95. If he would have informed me about the offer I would have bought more pizza staff was not intresyedintrested only he said that u cant eat the pizza here this is only 4 the take away. Pada 18/11/2015, saya ada membuat pesanan Pizza Hut Triple Box pada pukul 12 tengahari. Saya dijanjikan 30 minit penghantaran ke Pejabat saya. Lokasi Pejabat saya berada di tengah bandar dan sangat mudah untuk dicari. Saya dihubungi oleh seorang pekerja Pizza Hut yang membuat penghantaran dan saya telah memberi petua untuk ke Pejabat saya. Namun, selepas sejam lebih, saya dihubungi pihak Pizza Hut mengatakan saya tidak menunggu di bawah Pejabat dan pekerja tersebut pulang ke kedai Pizza Hut. Saya sangat kecewa kerana saya mengharapkan servis penghantaran yang cekap dan cepat. Semasa pekerja tersebut telah sampai di bawah Pejabat saya, beliau langsung tidak menghubungi saya samada melalui panggilan atau SMS. Beliau memberi alasan bahawa tidak mempunyai kredit prabayar untuk menghubungi saya. Saya sangat kecewa dengan servis yang diberikan. Saya berharap pihak Pizza Hut Alor Setar dapat meningkatkan kualiti servis dan menyediakan pekerja yang mahir dan cekap terutama jalan di kawasan berdekatan dan juga menyediakan kredit prabayar yang mencukupi.

This is regarding the total hopeless service of pizza hut phase 5 mohali . I ordered a family size pizza and a pasta on 11 nov around 6 pm ( home delivery ). The delivery boy gave me the pizza but pasta was all spilled in his bag, he told me to pay inr 800 ( total bill was 1087 ) . I did the same and he took back the pasta. After around 30 mins his manager called me and said i should have paid inr 100 more . I told him i paid the amount which the delivery boy told me, but to my extreme shock he told me to pay more, he was least bothered about the negligence of service in his side. He said that now the store is about to close so he cannot complete the order but i have to pay him more. After an hour the same delivery boy came to my place with pasta ( which i no longer required as i had already ordered from other pizza shop) . I returned the pizza as well as i gave him inr 300. The manager should have shown the courtesy to call and ask about the incident as i paid the money but did not accepted the order. I can not mention the embarrassment i had to face from my guests due to this. I dont even even want to rate 1 star to pizza hut and the service. Well I tried to order the deal that you could get medium pizza's for 6.99 each, any toppings if you order 2, well I wanted 3! The girl at Pizza Hut said I couldn't order 3 because it was to be ordered by 2's. SO I would of had to order 4!! Now how crazy is that! I didn't need 4 all I needed was 3. To Whom It May Concern: I have only worked for Pizza Hut for seven months, but I am a professionally trained chef and I have been in the food service industry for fifteen years. Over those past fifteen years I have worked with a wide variety of people. I have never encountered someone so rude, disrespectful, and unsanitary as Arjon S. For example, one day he was blocking my path and I said excuse me pardon me and he just stuck his hand in my face. He orders everyone around like he owns the place, but he holds no management or leadership position. I have seen him not wearing his hat or washing his hands while handling food and using a mop to clean a preparation table. We are permanent customers of Pizza hut and order randomly. Since 3-4 months we are facing poor services issue. Recent example is of today, We placed order by calling [protected] on around 12:25 pm today, and requested to deliver on 01:00 pm, for which they promised to deliver on 01:10 pm, but the ordered 3 deals delivered us on 01:46 pm. One thing also was unfair, that if any thing you can not serve, then it must be informed while ordering, so that customer can manage it from other sources, but at the time of receiving the order, they not informed us that they could not able to deliver Sugar free (7UP free) but after around 30 minutes from order, we received call from your Peoples colony (D Ground) point that they not have 7uP free or Sprit Zero. We talked their manager, he promised but it only burnt the time, at the end we requested to reach earliest even without our required drinks. At the 11th hour we sent our own rider to bazar and arranged the required drinks. Such things are damaging your image very fast. Please consider it as most important. I called Friday the 6 2015 at 6:15 pm order 3 pizzas the person took my order told me it will be about 1 to 1 1/2 hour to be deliver. At 8pm no pizza, I call again about my pizza. at 8pm to see how much longer. The person answer my phone call said the driver is leaving now with it. I just live about 5 min away from the store. Ok at 9pm guess what NO PIZZA ! This Pizza Hut locate on West State Street in Bristol TN.

9/7/2015 I took my grandson to eat for his book it award ...mold on windows...flies so bad buffet table was covered...tables were dirty ...bathrooms were disgusting and I drive truck. dirtier than most truckstops... now on to where the food was cooked floor didnt look like it had been swepted or washed in weeks ...stale water puddles on the floor by pop and under sink...employees were dirty and no hair nets.I love pizza hut pizzas but after seeing this it makes my stomach turn...this place has needed cleaning up for years please do something or l will have no choice but to call the state health dept.
