A quick story. Carried my 7 year old granddaughter to taco bell because she likes the chicken soft tacos. After a long school day and early lunch she was very hungry. Attached is sales receipt showing we ordered at 5:25 pm and after assuring my granddaughter over and over that it shouldn't be much longer we finally gave up and asked for a refund at 5:53. Please see attached photo of receipt - not just us but most customers were angry at the service inside. To make things worse, the drive thru was getting an order every 30 seconds. Also couple of the employees were walking around outside laughing which is a strange time to have a break in the middle of the evening rush. Before I go to social media I will wait for a response from you.
Is it a company policy that bonuses are based on drive thru wait times?

My husband and I pulled into the Taco Bell drive through in Sylvan Lake Michigan Tuesday 9/5/17 sometime in the afternoon. We got to the ordering speaker and all we hear yelled through the speaker is " The drive through closed!" Not sorry for any inconvenience or an explanation why is was closed. This is not the first time we have been to this location and had rude service. We will NOT be back to this location due to the fact that the workers are rude. Thanks.
arbitrary and bad attitude
On 9/5/17 I was stopped on Knox Abbott Drive, Cayce, SC, waiting to make, a left into the Taco Vell. A young woman was coming from the opposite direction whipped in front of me and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid slamming into me. She was either oblivious to what she had done or didn't give a damn. Anyhow, she spent so long at the drive thru I finally gave up and cut my engine off. I wish I had copied down her tag and called it in. The lady taking her order bent over backward being nice to her. When I drove up it was Dr. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE. Their attitude abruptly changed and they made me repeat the words large lemonade four times when I know damn good and well she heard me, snapping at me in a rude manner. When I pulled up to the window the employee glared at me and hollered they didnt HAVE NO LEMONAD! And WHAT ELSE YOU WANT! I am 58 years old and I have never in my life been talked to in such a shocking manner at any drive thru, much less a Taco Bell. Afraid they would probably spit in anything drink I ordered I simply said I don't want anything and drove off. I believe the rude driver that almost caused my wreck was friends with some of the TB workers and may have passed it along to them that she had cut off the woman behind her on Knox Abbott Drive because they really gave me a hard time and detained me at the order window long enough for the woman ahead of me to get her food and sped off.
incredibly poor service
This is a complaint for the Taco Bell located on 21900 Woodward avenue in Ferndale, MI. 48220. On several occasions I have been told they do not have the product in the store to make my order (mexican pizza, gordita crunch etc.). on several occasions I arrived at the drive thru window at 2:30, well before they close at 3:00 am, only to be told the computers are down and they cant make any food for me. This is a complete lie. I peeked through the drive thru window and the computer was up and ready to take order. I am in the service industry and this behavior is completely appalling. Since when do hourly employees get to chose who they serve and what time the restaurant closes. The company sets standards and codes of conduct in its stores and it is the employees job to execute and adhere to those policies, PERIOD. If employees are not acting in the best interest of the company they need to be terminated. If employees are not acting in the best interest of the customer they need to be terminated. These codes of conduct, customer service & hours of service are not anything out of the ordinary way of doing business, in fact, they are considered industry standards.

First I tried the Quesarito Box today Lso the usual cravings box and was disappointed with quality of both. Made very sloppy and smaller than I ever seen with portions. Also management was in restroom at same time as I and 100% they did not wash hands. Very disappointed. My Family are regulars at both locations in London and normally service and food are way better.

I am normally not the type of person to leave a review. Good or bad. However, The taco bell on 740 Nova Rd. Daytona Beach FL, 32114 is the worst taco bell i have ever been too. First of all they service tends to be rude but I have always looked past that because it is fast food and honestly I would be rude too having to wok in a fast food restaurant. However today I spent 45 min in the drive through line. And the real kicker is I was the only car in line! I could see the girl having to go back and forth between the drive through and the register. I honestly began to think she was the only one working. Then about 20 min into my wait (after I had paid) a man came to the window to ask me what i ordered. Then he got the order together finally. Which was cold by the time i got it. My order was wrong, and on top of it my Baja blast freeze tasted like dish water not the baja blast mountain dew. And I was late returning to work even though I work a block away and have a hour lunch. I am a big fan of taco bell and I go often but i will drive out of my way from now on to avoid this location.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two Ciabatta Fish Sandwiches and was told to pull forward and my order would be brought to me. I waited and waited and waited until finally going into the store myself. I expected many customers and a lot of confusion, however, it was virtually empty inside. When I asked about my order the person at the drive thru said "oh, they're right here" (right next to him). I accepted these cold, soggy sandwiches and no one behind the counter apologized for their oversight or offered to make some fresh ones, a complimentary drink. Nothing. I would think there would be some training in place regarding customer service but it would seem that's not a concern at this location. At the very least I would appreciate a coupon for 2 free Ciabatta Fish Sandwiches or a refund of $6.49. If you don't feel this is an acceptable compensation for my time and grief, please provide me the name and email address of your superior so I can continue my quest for justice. I still have the original receipt if you would like me to provide proof of purchase.
I am complaining about the service at the marysville ohio location
I got 5 chilli cheese burritos yesterday, Sunday sept 3rd. None of them had hardly any filling. I pull them apart to put on the sauce and there isn't anything there. I basically paid over $10 for 5 tortilla shells. I am also sending a picture of what they looked like after I opened them. This is the second time this store has done this. Horrible service.

The food was okay, except my cinnamon twists were forgotten. The atmosphere behind the counter seemed more like a club scene. We sat as far away from the counter as possible and heard several males saying G****m, and M**********r repeatedly. There was a elderly couple eating that had obviously just came from church, I felt so bad for them. This was so unprofessional and, those men don't deserve a job. We actually left and took our food with us. This was in Attalla, Alabama

After buying $27 of food from your location we notice we had all the wrong food. I dont eat tomato i become very ill. We ordered hot ranch and nacho tacos we got regular shells. I then called to see if they would fix our food the manager just argued with me instead of asking me to bring our food back and fix the issue. So i brought all the food back and she told us she wouldn't return our money back or fix our food. Only when i said i was calling the cops she returned our money. She was very rude. We come there all the time and our food is almost all the time messed up but we deal with it because we like taco bell food unfortunately we will not be returning to your location i will not have myself our my family talked to this way because we spent our money there and just wanted our food right. Beonca is this managers name and her customers should come first with her but we dont and are treated like we bothered her because we wanted our food made correctly.

Some of my friends and myself went to Taco Bell in St. Augustine. Store number #026464 the man on front counter wasnt very friendly. And once we sat down to eat we noticed we were missing food and when I told them i was missing a burrito this lady (whom worked there) laughed and they all stood around leaning on front counter while they could have been cleaning. The bathrooms both male and female bathrooms were disgusting. And the trash was also full most tables werent clean even though no one was in there but us for a few minutes. They were very rude. And we will never be going back to that taco bell. To top it off we have a picture of them just leaning against the counter talking. They were making fun of customers in drive thru and people who had left as we got there.

It doesn't matter how many items are on the menu or new promotions coming out, if you don't have the right people to make and sell a product and to serve in a PROPER way... what good is your company?Seems to me all you guys care about is the number of people you can push through in an hour in the drive thru. Taco Bell in Richlands is a joke and whoever is in charge of that store needs to go! Everything about that place sucks, especially the employees. What a waste of company money.

Every weekend we try coming to this Taco Bell and every weekend they always have an 'issue' where they stop serving food several hours prior to closing usually around 1am. Last week their credit card machines went down, this time they were supposedly on the phone with maintenance and they were not serving any food. The hours displayed showed they were open and I'm pretty sure because it's after hours, they're being lazy and not wanting to do their jobs. This is the Taco Bell on Skibo Road.

Customers before me were complaining saying they were waiting for their for ove 30 mins and it was only 4 customers in total and were in pairs of 2... i didnt expect for my taco to be filled less then half of the size of the shell which was kinda disappointing... apparently according to the other set of customers that were in there, this is a usual issue no matter how many people are in the lobby. Today I got their at 8:52. The cashier didn't say anything to me even though I was the only person in line.
The lobby was filthy. I got my food at 9:07. For at least 20 minutes no one even tried to the lobby.
The cashier was complaining about making sure he got off at 10. He went outside for 5 to 10 minutes to talk to someone in a white suv.
He finally went out in lobby to empty the trash and that was it.
He was talking other employees about a raise.
There was a total of one customer after me and he got is food before me.
The drive was not busy.
The cashier was bragging he got someone's snapchat number.
I can't remember the last a had at this location.

Ordered a doubledilla and got. Quesadilla, called and lady who wouldn't state her name was rude when i stated they gave me wrong food. She angrily said you got your right order i asked for manager she stated she was and in fact she was general manager. Was having my lunch when 3 young boys walked in asking for water cups. The manager on duty repliled they had to purchase something for courtesy cups. Ive never heard of that anywhere ive eaten. Its 100+ degrees where i live and not in the best neighborhood. I understand its not the companies responsibility but a courtesy cup is a courtesy cup. I purchased the boys a medium drink and tacos. The cashier was very pleasent in helping me.
closing early
I went to taco bell in Waunakee, WI. I arrived at 9:50 on 9/1/17. The drive through worker answered my order after I said hello 3 times and instructed me to pull ahead. Once I got to the window another employee instructed him to tell me that they were closed. After I told her it was not ten o'clock yet she paused and said they were closed again with no explanation as to why. Is this standard policy for a branch to close ten minutes early without any explanation as to why? Very displeased.

My order was wrong three times the clerk had a [censor] aditude and one guy that was making my food said yea bet he would like to have extra sour cream on his taco at the point I had asked for sour cream again for the second time they didnt treat me and my family like customers or anything close to that!... I will not go back there again! I thought that the taco bell in my home town would be a good place to have a family set down over some vood food but I will not be treated that way thanks!...

Ordered the steak quesarito box and asked for no lettuce on all the tacos. When I got home 15 min later all tacos had lettuce. When I pulled the lettuce of there literally only 2 tiny scoopings of meat. Didn't even fill my tacos 1/4 of the shell. This is in acceptable when I'm paying for a product and not receiving what I'm paying for. I'm basically eating a taco shell.
