On June 21, 2017, ordered some food through the drive thru at the Taco Bell in Pooler, GA. I asked if they could remove the tomatoes from the nacho bell grande. The nacho bell grande was loaded with cheeze and sour cream which I though was great. However, underneath all of this food, there was tomatoes. This ruined the nacho bell grande for me.

I arrived at taco bell at 932 to get food and there wasn't anyone in the lobby but I knew they closed at 10 so they asked me if I would get my food Togo. That was fine but I had a long drive and wanted to spend probably an hour not in my car for fear that I would fall asleep. They told me that I couldn't sit in the parking lot for more than an hour of they would call the police.

There's an employee of your store selling weed in the parking lot of the restaurant on oceola Indiana on Ash road he's looks like he's black or telly dark Mexican on he's mid 20 he also smell like he's smoked during work he's eyes look really red when I saw him I over heard the guy the purchase the drug called him Frank I don't know if that was he's name though

Tacobell is known as the slowest fast food joint ever not just because Tacobell can not move lines quick enough, but because the emoloyee's leadership needs to be inspired. Be apart of the solution not the problem.

blood on the inside wrapping of my taco supreme
Went to Taco Bell around 430 in Clearlake California. Had a few bites of my supreme taco I looked down and there's blood on the inside of the wrapper ...my food was on it. This is completely unexceptable and disgusting! I feel sick to my stomach. I tried contacting corporate and nothing I get a machine from 3 diff numbers and all 3 hang up on me. I use to love Taco Bell but I'll never be able to eat there again after this.

Today, I waited in the drive-thru line of a Taco Bell LONGER than I have ever waited for food before. I wanted to leave after 10 minutes, but there wasn't a way to leave the line as it had curbs surrounding the line.
This was Taco Bell 031507. 6268 S. 27th St. Milwaukee, WI [protected].
My order # was 389537 and the time on the receipt is 1:53:57. My cost was $11.40. The cashier listed is Otis M, but the cashier was a young woman.
My wait was approximately 20-25 minutes.
By the time I finally got to the window, I didn't want my food anymore, but I was so flustered that I paid for it and left.
This is totally unacceptable to me. I won't be visiting that establishment again. Please refund my $11.40 as all my grandchildren fell asleep while waiting and I had to throw out the cold food. Joan Wick
burrito supreme
Usually NEVER have any problems at this Taco Bell near my work, off Huntington in Monrovia. Went to the drive through on my lunch, ordered a burrito supreme.
Got back to work to eat, took two bites and on my second bite, found a woman's long hair embedded in the burrito. At first I thought maybe it was mine, but I went to pull it, and it was all in the burrito! I not only threw away my lunch but threw up as well.

forgetting the sauce
This makes the 5th time at the same Taco Bell where they forget to give me my sauce packs for my taco 12 pack. Not a big deal per say but it's starting to become a habit there it seems. Only seems to happen with the 12 pack. I order other items off the menu with no problem with receiving my sauce packs. Just when it comes with the 12 pack tacos does it become an issue.

I visited the drive-through at the Taco Bell in Berrien Springs Michigan. I was there just eight minutes before when they start serving the one dollar freezes. I had come in off the highway to get this and the woman would not give it to me and told me to leave and come back in 10 minutes! Totally unacceptable for a $1 drink! I work in customer service retail and would have been let go if I treated a customer like that!

First off, I'd like to start by sharing with you all that I've worked here before. THIS exact location. At the time I was working, my boss was Heidi. Until this day she is still there. She always told me whenever I have a customer, DO NOT close the window.
Last night I went to Taco Bell drive thru. I wasn't ready yet so I told whomever was on the other side that I was still looking. She responded, "let me know when you're ready." Once I was ready, she did not respond when I said "hello, " SO I started ordering anyways. My order starts showing up on the screen. First of all, let me know when you can hear, communication is key. Anyways, I'm ordering & she was acting pretty wise through it all. I pulled up to the window to see a SMIRK on her face. She passed me my drinks & dropped one in my car. She did not apologize whatsoever. Instead, she shakes her head; did not even handle it in a mannerly way. After she pulls the drinks & while still shaking her head, in a SASSY tone she says, "LET ME JUST GET ANOTHER ONE." I on the other hand am already pissed because it was my MOMS car. The girl then proceeded, handed me my drinks. She had a smirk on her face the whole time afterwards. She eyed me out so of course that made me even more mad. After looking at me for a while, she removes her head phones & says "WHASSUP?" Or "What is it!?" (Not too sure which one she said.) It was AS IF SHE WAS CALLING ME OUT. I couldn't put up with the sheer rudeness so I start cussing out & asked "what you mean?" Cos I did not say anything at all." She was playing stupid. She responded saying, "Oh I didn't hear you. I can't hear anything. That's why I asked." Mind you she's smirking. It was a mocking act honestly. Help me understand. The girl was eyeing me out for how long & my lips did not move at all so why are you asking me whassup? I asked her "Did you see my lips [censor]in moving?" All she did was laugh. She closed the window multiple times & mind you I can hear all the other workers talking about me. Very unprofessional. Afterwards I had Chanelle Wilson (another girl) come to the window to ask me if I was good, I replied with a "yes." She then asked me later if anything happened? I responded "that [censor]ing girl is irritating." She apologized. Let me tell you something though, does a worker
Just randomly asked if anything happened? No. That means she already knew what was going on. Meaning they were talking about the situation. It was pretty obvious, I over heard them speaking earlier. Anyways, she told me have a good one but once I drove off she said something OUT LOUD but I did not catch it.

P.s I give NO star(s) I had to rate it at least one star in order to post this. My order was wrong. The wait was 10-15 minutes long (Maybe even longer) I feel like they purposely made me wait because my food was cold once I got home (I live only 2 minutes away/walking distance)

ok i went to taco bell yesterday and ordered the box of 12 tacos on dolly parton parkway sevierville tn and also a chicken quesadilla...the 12 tacos we wanted them half add sour cream and other half no lettuce. well they put sour cream on all of them and no lettuce on any. the chicken i wanted extra sauce and they actually put NO sauce. i would have went right back after getting home but i do not live close to town its almost 45 min. anyways im not sure why they messed up as bad as they did but id appreciate for it all to be fixed. thank you

Myself Jill Tyler & my boyfriend Cameron Viola ordered at the drive thru Taco Bell 127 South Dr Natchitoches, Louisiana [protected] tonight 6/14/2017 @ 9:53 Pm... We ordered a 12 pack of tacos 6 hard shell with meat only & 6 soft tacos, 1 Deal B, 1 stk quesadilla... total amount was 21.24 my reciept says the cashier was Kenneth W which was the employee that took & gave us our order... We left taco bell and as i was looking for the Deal B it wax not in the bag so we turned around and went back threw the drive thru and a man asked how could he help us... My boyfriend told the man that we had just ordered end when got down rd realized the Deal B was not in our bag and he said yes it was... so we drove up to the window and the same man kennth W the same man that took our order & gave us our food came to window and my boyfriend explained the problem once again. kenneth W told us he put the Deal B in our bag and the a short black lady came and stepped in from of Kenneth W and asked us what r problem was so once again my boyfriend explained that the Deal B was not in our bag which we had already handed to Kenneth W... Before we really had time to finish. Telling her our problem she rudely interupted my boyfriend and told him ahe personally put the Deal B in our bag... So my boyfriend explained once again that we just handed our bag back to Kenneth W and that the Deal B is not in there and we asked her was she calling us a lair because there was no way we would lie about The Deal B not being in our bag... She continued to tell us it was as she is once again looking thru r bag! So an argruement between this lady which would not give us her name as we asked her serveral times got rather ugly as we was only trying to get our order fixed that we paid for... A different lady which im guessing was a custoner walked up to this lady that is argueingbwith us at the window and told her to jist give us our food or have someone more professional take over this lady still refused said would guve us our money back but would not fix our order... She then refuses to refund without the reciept which was fave to to Kenneth W when we returned to drive thru to havr out order fix but thry cant find it so we all threr my bf myself and theis lady r still arguing very loudly when she then slammed the window shut in outlr faces and just printed out our reciept. lack of delivery service
Hello Taco Bell Corp. I've been a avid fan of Taco Bell for about 9 months now and nothing pleases me more than the thought of devouring into a cheesy gordita crunch. However, I find your lack of Delivery service disgusting. For example, as I was sitting on my couch, I sensed the sudden urge to ingest a Naked Chicken Strip. After calling numerous locations and searching the web, I was forced to settle for pizza. The resolution of my complaint is simple; make a delivery service. Thanks!

I work late nights so tacobell is usually my only option to get something to eat. So i usually dont have any problems but this time the service and the food was so bad i had to do something. Basically i ordered a number 4 which is a mexican pizza with 2 soft tacos. I also got a doritos taco. The person taking my order just told me to pull foward. I didnt wait long and i got my order and i had to ask for hot and mild sauce because the ladie never said anything to me. Not even after i said thankyou because i was just happy to be getting my favorite late dinner. I got home to eat and noticed on the outside of the bag was a sticky unknown substance that i had never seen on my orders. It was on all of my items on the outside and inside as well. There was also something like a stick in the middle of the mexican pizza. Baha blast was great though. I am still very hungry now as i write this and very displeased.

Taco Bell, Newburgh, In.(June 8 or 9th 2017)...stopped at this location at about 10:00p.m. on my way to work. Ordered 5.00 ultimate Meal Big Box. Got to work and found that there was no lettuce or tomatoes on my tacos, just meat!? I happened to be telling a co-worker about my experience tonight at work (06/12/2017) because i saw him eating one and he told me that he stopped on that same night and was told that they were out of lettuce and tomatoes so he opted not to buy. I was told nothing nor given any option just got to work and found out that I had not received what I paid for. Poor business practice. Not a happy customer.

I ordered online and when my daughter went to pick it up and they told her there was no order. I sent her the email and bank info to prove there was an order and it was taken out of my account. One of the employees was using profanity the mf over and over again and i had to go to the taco bell to try and convince them that there was an order. After an hour of trying to explain this the manager decided to make the order since i was charged for the food already. The mananger did not offer any coupons nor free food for the inconvienence. I do not appreciate the profanity and disrespect my daughter and i recieved. I will not be ordering from this specific taco bell i will drive to another one. The employees told my daughter the order was at another store because they didnt want to be bothered witb her so she drove and wasted her gas to the other store to be told no it wasnt there. Loved eating @ Taco Bell & this one visit has turned me away from them. Ordered nacho with extra meat & extra cheese & didn't receive it. When I told them that I didn't receive it & this was after I paid with my card she said she wanted me to swip my card again for $1.50. I responded that I wasn't gonna do that for that amount. This went back & forward for a minute till I ask for the manager. The manager didn't won't make this right. I've never not known a manager to not won't to make it right for a customer. I am very unhappy with this taco bell & will let everyone know

I order drive through 7 layers burrito and Fiesta Potato, on 6/10/2017, 6:18 pm .
I drove home which is 5 minutes from Taco Bell and starting to eat my burrito. I was almost half way to my burrito then I felt little chewy, tested different. So I topped, opened my burrito and found one smaller piece of meat. I trash my burrito.
I was disappointed but people do make mistake and in this case it appears somehow small pieces may have fall in rice or in other bins or something somehow contaminated. I thought let me call and at least inform them so they can be careful. I had no other intention but to provide constructive feedback. So, I called. Some male answered the call. I started to explain what happen, there was a meat in 7-Layers burrito which I just picked from your drive through, about 5 minutes ago. But before I finish he started interrupting me and defending himself that "7-Layers Burritos do not come with meat". I again try to explain I know that but let me finish to explain you why I am calling you. But he keet interrupting and did not listen. Now I was upset so I asked him for Manager. He still was going in circle not allowing me to talk to Manager then he told me he is the Manager. When I asked his name, he started in circle again but when I insisted that I will complain Corporation then he gave me his name "Edell". I again told him that you are not listening and did not let me finish. Please give me 15 seconds so you know the detail of what I have to say. Now I had no option but let him go and told him that I will take this to Taco Bell Corporation not for the food issue but your attitude. He again keep blasting that you do not own me and cannot tell me to stop. Again I told him that I am not talking to “Edell’ but Taco Bell Manager about my complaint. Final, I hung up. Generally, I never had any problem with Taco Bell food or any major food chain or people but there is always a 1st Time.
So, now I have to take this to Taco Bell and other avenues to make a point so Taco Bell Corporation continue to have the same standard and services and not let it jeopardize by some irresponsible employee as a Manager.

Patrick interrupted us mid order, and wouldn't let us complete our order. He told us to pull up to the front window without allowing us to continue our order.
After pulling around he told us we couldn't make 'add-ons' to our order, despite him not allowing us to complete it in the first place. He forced us to drive all the way around the building to complete the order, and laughed through the intercom when he heard it was us ordering again.
He also ended up shorting us two of our items on our order.
To be frank we won't be going back to that building again.
breakfast burrito
Tuesday June 6th 2017 I went to the Taco Bell located on Evergreen Way in Everett Wa. I ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos. After consuming these 2 burritos within couple hours my stomach was hurting really bad. I did not eat another thing for the rest of day due to upset stomach. By midnight that evening I was throwing up and coming out the other end. Spent the whole day Wednesday back and forth from bed to the toilet. Mind you I have not eaten since the burritos. Today Thursday the 8th I am finally on the mend. Still have not eaten per my stomach is still in knots. I can only say with this. I will never eat at this establishment again. I along with co-workers went into this place this morning to look around and it was disgusting inside. Very dirty with old food kicked into the corners along the walls and disorganized. Watched a worker go into the bathroom use the stall then come out without washing hands and return behind counter to cooking station. We all know that you should always wash your hands after using bathroom especially seeing how your working with food. Trust me when I state that I will be telling all my friends not to eat at this location every again.
