Taco Bell plastic in my burrito

I went to Taco Bell in the city of Beaumont, California on October 27th, 2018. I went through the drive thru and ordered a chalupa box, two double decker tacos, two cheesy bean and rice burritos, a beefy frito burrito, chips and cheese and a large pepsi. When we were able to start enjoying our meals, I noticed that I did not get my beefy frito burrito. Instead we were given three cheesy bean and rice burritos. I was disappointed but took one of the burritos to eat. About three bites in, I felt something a little hard in my mouth. When I pulled it out of my mouth, I realized it was a piece of plastic! My family was very saddened by this, number one because I could have swallowed that plastic, number two, we hadn't eaten all day and we ended up throwing everything we ordered away because we did not trust what could be in the other food. When I went to look for the receipt, there was not one. I am very disappointed in the way your food handlers deal with the food that is going out to your customers. Not only would I like to be compensated for my loss, I would like a little more. Again I could have swallowed that plastic. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Taco Bell customer service

I'm only complaining cause this is at least the 3rd time I have had issues at this location. Previously I have waited at the drive through, FAR after their open time and haven't been helped. Tried to go in, but someone comes to the door go and says they aren't open cause the manager didn't show up. This has happened more than once. Today the same thing happened but I was able to enter. I told the 2 employees that I had been waiting in the drive through for a while. They looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders and said nothing. I continued to order my breakfast, as the one employee continues to take my order and tells me it's his second day. Then goes to make my food while the other one goes to the restroom. He comes back and says he doesn't know what he is doing so is looking for a picture up on the order board so he knows what might go on it, because "no one seems to want to help him"...eventually the lady who was sitting in the dining area on her cellphone got up and helped him while still on her phone.

I'm not one to complain, but it's a regular occurrence that this happens.

Taco Bell staff

My husband and I went to Taco Bell in Greenwood, IN and was never greeted by the manager or other employees. A few of the workers looked our way and seen us standing at the counter waiting to order but they just went about their business. I noticed the manager was one of those employees that just looked at us and walked the other way. Now my husband and I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order another 5 minutes passed still no-one came to take our order. We endes up just leaving and going to a different restaurant. While we was standing there for a total of 20 minutes not one time did anybody say we will be with you in a minute. We will NEVER go back to that Taco Bell. I would rather drive all the way across town to get to a Taco Bell then to return to this one.

Taco Bell poor order handling

To save time I tried online ordering for the first time. Order went thru perfectly and pickup time was entered. I arrived 4:50 pm for 5pm pickup and was told to wait for the order. I waited, and waited, and at 5:15pm asked where was the order? The cashier went to the rear, spoke to someone and returned to serve others at the counter. I must also add that between 5 and 5:15pm four people walked in from outside and were served their food. At 5:25pm I again asked for the order and again the cashier spoke to someone in the back. I asked for the manager and requested a refund as the order had already been paid. The manager issued me a refund and before I left I asked her what was the problem? She stated that she didn't know...
There were 7 people working in the food prep area and one on the floor wiping tables. I left the restaurant and went elsewhere for dinner.

Taco Bell food presentation, service, overall professional of staff

Me and my wife frequent this restaurant quite a bit just tonight was probably the worst experience we have had the food was awful .service was awful by the pictures you can tell what our service was like very unprofessional .the way they took our order the way they handle the money transaction it was just a very unprofessional night we we did not eat the food fairing what it will taste like by the pictures you can tell and probably wasn't going to be appetizing I'm hoping this is not the type of service you are promoting for your business

Taco Bell service!!!

I love Taco Bell! Always have, but oxford Taco Bell is ridiculous! I spent an hr in line today just like I always do! The food is just ok, but it doesn't matter if when I get it it's cold and soggy. Every time it's like this! I've actually never complained on one of these things but it's too much! The wait is ridiculous and the service is POOR. It's not fast food if it takes an hr AFTER I've paid to get my food.

Taco Bell drive through orders

Hello, I wanted to bring it to someone's attention that today was the third time in a month that I have ordered at the drive through and once at my destination noticed the my order was not correct. On all 3 occasions, I ordered 2 bean burritos and 2 burrito supremes. And on all 3 occasions I received all bean burritos. No supreme. I did pay for the supreme. And this was at 3 different stores. I thought someone needs to know so that better order checks are done on to go orders. Thank you Ed

Taco Bell drive up window assistance

Disturbed went to Taco Bell drive thru today.
Ordered lunch combo - no receipt and no napkins.

Do you know anyone who can eat a taco without spilling something.

Do I have to ASK for the receipt and napkins.

Is there a shortage of napkins and did I not get a receipt because you
do no want me to know who you are or did you overcharge Me/

Taco Bell power bowl

I just picked up a mobile order and the power bowl I ordered did not have any chicken! Also, the lettuce had wilted brown spots and there was only a tablespoon of black beans and the rest was the guacamole, sour cream, cheese and a few tomatoes. I have tried to call them and it rings until I get a busy fax machine tone and i've tried several times to email a complaint on a different taco bell website and it says the site is down! I have ordered this before without problem but this is infuriating!

Taco Bell double chalupa

I ate at taco bell on monday Oct 22nd in St Clair Pa. I got the double chalupa. It was horrible! It fell apart there was very little meat in it and way to much lettuce. But the worst part was that as soon as i bit into it it fell apart. I would never eat that again. Thank you for allowing me to voice my compaint. Taco Bell customer satisfaction

Went to Taco Bell on gallatin rd on oct 21. Sunday evening restaurant door was locked at 6 o'clock in evening. So had to go through drive thru. Was out of chalupas and would only let me do one order at a time when my sons girlfriend was getting a separate order. I asked why was the door locked and why could I only order one time. She said they were short staffed. Told me there was another Taco Bell on Dickerson rd sister. Rude. Something needs to be done with this Taco Bell. My friend went a couple weeks ago and they threw a coke all over her car. District manager called her and told her they all wouldn't have a job the next day. Apparently they are all still working with that attitude.

Taco Bell taco bell store

There were only 3 employees working and orders were slow. The person attending the register was new. They did not have any receipt paper so customers did not receive a receipt and said it was because they had a new manager and they were only helping out this location. The location of the Taco Bell is on veterans memorial before Antoine in Houston Texas. Food took about 7-8min to be taken to customers it wasn't even delivered on a tray. Horrible customer service experience. I would not visit this Taco Bell location anytime in the future unless employees were properly trained and the location was equipped with receipt paper.

We do like the food at Taco Bell but the paper bags used to pack the food are WAY too flimsy and on
2 occasions have broken when I picked up my order while on my way back home.
Could the Management consider using slightly thicker bags with handles so that customers can carry out their orders without spilling the contents on the floor?

Taco Bell worm in my food

I went to Taco Bell this morning at 9:15ish. I order a breakfast quesadilla and a grande scrambler and 4 shredded chicken mini quesadillas modified. A couple hours later when I went to eat my mini quesadillas I took a couple bites and looked down to put sauce on it and seen something weird so i opened it up and pull the thing out and it was a worm! I took pictures and put it into a small baggie and contacted the tacobell. thye told me to come in so i did. i brought the work and meat in a baggie and proceeded to show the GM who didnt seem concerned at all that his chicken had worms! he took the rest of my food and the worm from me and went on about his day!

Taco Bell food and speed

My potatoes were undercooked, the service was slow, and the order taker was very rude and disrespectful . As i was ordering she kept interrupting me, then i asked her may i add something else she shouted "I got it". I can say that the young woman at the back window was very polite and made it clear that it wasn't her that had taken my order and she apologized and i feel like it was wrong of her to have to apologize for something she didn't do.

Taco Bell service and product

Hi my husband and went to Taco bell 7200 N. freeway, Fort Worth Texas 76137 on 10/21/2018 at 12.30 AM and there was a long take away queue. Cars in front of us were moving so slow that it took around 45 minutes for us to get a chance to place the order.

then after placing order again it took another around 20 more minutes to get our order ready. The guy who was serving told us that there were only two people to work there at that time. The experience was so pathetic.

Moreover, when we the quality of Taco's was horrible. the stuff inside was not fresh and the cover of the Taco was cold as it was in fridge for a long time.

Because I m a regular customer of Taco Bell it really disappointed me.

My complaint is against order no. 334973

Taco Bell no meat inside product

Today on my lunch break, I went through the drive threw, I ordered one of the boxes that contain a chalupa a taco and cinnamon twist, and your drink, I had to wait approximately ten minutes, no one in front of me. When I got home with the food there was no meat in the chalupa, and maybe one tablespoon in the taco. I called and talked to someone and told her there was no meat, she told me I was incorrect, and that I could bring it back, for exchange, I had already blown half of my lunch, and did not have time to go back. She was very rude and continued to tell me it had meat, even though I was using a fork and showing my husband, there was no meat. I also had a problem a couple of weeks ago with cinnamon twists that tasted so bad I had to spit them out, tasted like old oil.

Taco Bell slow service, incorrect order

Came in at 12:23 pm, (lunchtime) one person working the counter, five people waiting to order. I saw one person making an order another one working the drive thru. It took approximately 4 minutes for someone to take my another 6 to received my order. Left to go home to dine with my family only to find out my order was missing special drink. Came back and waited another ten minutes to have the issue rectified. I don't think that I will return.

Taco Bell food

This is the second time in the last few weeks that i've been to this taco bell and they messed up my order every single time. Put tomatoes on when I don't want tomatoes I mean it's not rocket science! Btw i'm allergic to tomatoes! So not only they f-ed my order up again! The picture im sumiting is what I got! Not a happy customer at all! Absolutely pathetic!

Taco Bell service and food

Taco bell at 2125 n, chester st,
Went in, stood for 10 min before and service, all the food was completely wrong, my personal food had no meat, no cheese looked like total crap, took back up to front, they added sour cream and tomato's then rolled back up, manager never got up from his seat, other#218513, cashier, charles m, who had to get someone to open register just to give me my money, i've eaten here alot and never had service or food like this from this particular taco bell, definitely won't come back to this one, last time I checked it food contamination to had food back across counter, very disappointed, I ask for customer service number, took her 5 mins to comes back
